My first time came here, joy very helpful and quite communication with us.
Quite simple to open mail box and shipping package here.

I would just like to say thank you to one person who works here. Everybody is friendly at this location, but there is one person who might be the manager. She is always complementing her customers trying to brighten their days!! I want her to know her compliments don’t go unnoticed. A compliment has been given to me in the past, but I’ve also witnessed her give compliments to other customers while I was waiting in line. She can tell a simple gesture can brighten somebody’s day. Thank you for spreading kindness!

Very clean and stock kept up to speed. Very polite and courteous staff and super fast at moving customers along especially at holiday time. I want to give employee #275426 a special thank you I was new at sending package very helpful she explained everything without making feel embarrassed very good worker they all were store well stocked and super clean

The people working here are awesome! I usually catch Joy in the afternoon/evenings and she is the most absolutely pleasant and helpful person when I come in, legit the best! As an eBay seller it’s so great to have a fast and reliable shipping service close to home. My packages always get delivered on time and the feedback from my customers reflects this.

In the two years I’ve used them as my primary shipper I’ve only had 1 missed delivery and they absolutely took care of me. Thank you for your hard work and kindness!

Our family is going through a difficult time right now and today before heading to the hospital I had popped into your location to have something printed. While I waited for the email to send, i started to emotionally fall apart. Kathryn was there and she stopped what she was doing, gave me the biggest hug and words of encouragement. I have never felt comfort in a stranger, like I did today. She let me know that UPS is there if we need anything (like posting for a fundraiser/spaghetti dinner). This is truly a special employee and as a retail store manager myself, it’s moments like these that make your customers feel special and not like we’re just another number or metric walking in the door. Thank you Kathryn for making my day a little but brighter through this dark time!

Employees were very very nice. Now that Amazon has changed their policy I will be going to this one every time. Fast, convenient, clean. A traffic signal at Telegraph makes it very easy. If you have the QR code on your phone already when you walk in it doesn’t take 30 seconds. I have no problem rating this store as the best one I have been in.

This is best Ups store ever. There is always parking, never a line, they actually are computer literate, if I asked to use an inch of tape or help printing they say sure we can help you. I guarantee if you go to this location no less than 2 usually three smiling faces with great attitudes and conversational skills. The owner needs to take these girls out to lunch. Excellent work ladies. ❤

Very convenient place. They have all of your shipping needs. They made it very easy to send back a package to Amazon. We only had to show the QR code for the items that we were returning, and the friendly Staff did the rest. We'll be coming back to this store whenever we want to ship something out

This is the absolute BEST UPS store I’ve ever been to. I am all over southeastern Michigan for work and I will pass a million UPS stores to go to this one! The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always a pleasure. I actually Look forward to going because they always greet me with a smile. Great job

I had and interview here, LOVED THE ATMOSPHERE, unfortunately my availability didnt coincide. But man, I can say they are a family unit, running an amazing business, that offers alot. I will definitely be bringing my business here!

This UPS store on Telegraph in Monroe is amazing! The owner and staff are friendly and above and beyond helpful.
Most every drop off return package takes less time than it takes to walk in from the packing lot. I have never in all my years ever had anything but the best service!

I love this store. Every time I come in, I'm always welcome with a smile. Always professional with friendly conversations, treated like I'm family. I love dealing with everyone there 💓especially Alicea Sawyer she is so adorable, she goes way out of her way to help, always has a smile no matter what is happening. The gals that work at this store are the best. They are always cheery, friendly, and helpful when you need their expertise! Never a hassle, and keep things moving right along always!

Turned off by long wait times, and poor customer service at the local post office, I turned to the local UPS store. As a PO box holder for my small business, i'm in here frequently to both pickup and ship packages. The customer service is always great. I've been with them since 2018, and have never had a bad experience from any of their staff members. They have a great mix of services, that save me time wasted at both USPS and Staples, and they are closer to home for me. When I have larger package volumes, they typically have it loaded on a cart, ready for pickup. If we send someone from our staff to pickup packages, who doesn't know how to use a cart, they are always willing to guide them! :)

So much faster and safe than returning amazon items to kohl’s.
For my non amazon returns this allocation has friendly and knowledgeable staff that present me the options and suggest the best way to package and ship boxes that are not amazon returns.
When leaving the store they had a large among us birthday banner drying on a large table. I will be returning with my amazon return coupon to purchase a custom banner.

This store's customer service is far greater than any other UPS store I have ever been to. They were very helpful and even typed in their email address in my phone while I had my infant in my hands. All UPS store employees should benchmark their customer service against this store.

Its a really good,helpful informative and most importantly non hostial prejudice enviornment and experience in dealing with the employees. Very helpful for people like myself who arent all too familar and keen with outbound mail shipping and services. Younger male employee frequently had handled all my transactions was very professional and curtious to my disknowledge of a few things during my visit.
Only true complaint is the pricing of services,however,with the service and quality you receive vs USPS for example. Makes it truely worth every penny! Cause thats definitely my 2cents for my review.
