The most helpful staff ever. Ray hooked me up with all the support I needed for my steeltoe boots. They have a great selection, even for non-traditional boot styles.

Purchased a pair of Wrangler jeans a little over a month ago and they tore after very little use. They didn't even fit me tight or anything so it was pretty obvious they were just a defective pair. I was worried I wouldn't get to return or exchange them since it had been over a month and I didn't have a receipt but Jaden immediately found a replacement pair for me and thanked me for the business. Great customer service!

honestly, this store and it's staff go the extra mile. my first visit was great, i was looking for FR clothing for work and needed lightweight but was also budgeting since i was having to buy several pairs of shirts and pants at once. the employee that helped me, walking me through a variety of options (coincidentally there happened to be a sale going on for FR, which was a serious stroke of luck) and i had some room left in the budget to get some heavy duty socks, which again, no pressure, but a couple solid recommendations. let the store happy with 5 days worth of FR clothes, which made life sooooo much easier, and made my fair-skinned self survive much more comfortably in the summer heat.

The two ladies working were very nice and helpful. Would go back to this location anytime.

I love all of the Western wear here at boot barn very nice high quality the people that work at this particular location don't have their s*** together at all they sent me out without a Box for my boots without a Box for my hat without a bag for my almost $300 jacket I just bought not only that couldn't find a price tag on the belt that I wanted and the lady was taking her sweet time trying to find it And she never found it and so she couldn't sell it to me or wouldn't sell it to me because she couldn't find a price..just unbelievable reallt

I could not find the boot I wanted at the Conroe store and ordered online. Even though it was the same model and size as the one I was wearing it did not fit. Took it back to Boot Barn Tomball and got a full refund AND they had my size and same style. Great experience AND first responder discount!!!!!

The people working here are really nice. Been there multiple times this week getting ready for a thing and the employees were all super helpful and attentive! Definitely my go to Boot Barn!

I've been there several times and have always had a great experience staff are great from the time you walk through the door untill you leave especially Joyce she is a wonderful person always greeting you with a smile and is very knowledgeable on everything in the store I live in the Aldine area of town but go to the Tomball store because of the service and the employees I have other Boot Barn locations closer to me but I prefer to go to the Tomball store

Found things that I needed..and customer service was great..I was left alone to shop and that's how I love it..They did check up on me and asked if I needed help..I was sad that they did not carry much kids clothes..

Went exchange Christmas present very helpful and help find perfect size of jeans as others were much to big. I go back shopping there beautiful store.

The store is the Devil! Everytime I go in, I buy a new pair of boots, and spend a while in there trying on clothes. Love it though and the smell!
