AT&T Store

My family and I came in to upgrade 4 phones. Jordan Greer did an excellent job getting us all set up with our new phones. Our old phones were not being very cooperative but Jordan figured out what to do. He was polite and patient. We really appreciate all he did for us!

Jordan was great! When a business cell phone number was accidentally deactivated before the number was ported over to a new personal account, Jordan worked tirelessly with AT&T customers service to get the issue resolved. He was very professional and obviously cared about helping us.

I had the pleasure of working with Jordan at the Marshall store. He has been there less than 2 months and was completely patient with my problem of switching out hot spot boxes.

I am currently still dealing with the issue but for the moment Jordan was beyond professional and seeked out extra help through Doug when he seemed overwhelmed.

As far as Customer service online. I had a lady Germaine. She was Excellent and took the time to explain everything to me. So kudos to Jordan and Germaine.

I am hoping to still remain patient on something so simple as upgrading a wifi/hotspot box to 5g and "staying in my existing plan." We will see today but if new antennas don't work I'm just going to corporate office. Jordan was great for what I needed at the time but my patience is beyond gone.
