Altar'd State Deer Park

Altar’d State Deer Park is an absolutely amazing store. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions. I love the vibe and the smell of the store—it’s such a pleasant and inviting environment. The store is beautifully decorated, and the merchandise is stylish and high-quality. Shopping here is always a delightful experience. Highly recommend visiting!

I went there on black Friday and it was the only store in the entire strip mall where the employees greeted me when I came in and explained the sale to me. They even had a preprinted flier that I could carry around the store and check 57 times because I kept forgetting what the deal was lol. I would say that it was definitely the best customer service I received in a store in recent memory. The lady who checked me out was amazing, I don't know her name but she said she was a school teacher.

First off I just want to say that Morgan and Veronica, you guys are my new best friends! I not only was able to shop for 2 hours but i had nonstop wonderful service throughout the entire trip! I will definitely be coming back, also love the Arula size friendly side. made me feel excited to shop 🫶🏻

I shop at 2 different Altar'd State's. I went to the mall in Schaumburg today and shopped a bit there with my husband. I decided against 2 pieces that I bought this same evening and decided to return it to the store closest to my house which happens to be in Deer Park. They asked why I was returning them and I answered because they were a bit big on me. They continued with the transaction and as soon as we're done and I turn my back the cashier and another employee, which I assume is the manager, start to question my reason for returning my products because "it just doesn't make sense why she would return something she literally just bought" which was a little rude. Next time wait until I leave take your comments or ask me to my face. Your whispering wasn't quiet at all. Thanks for making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Would have been a 5 star for the size inclusivity and phenomenal quality, but I was forgotten about in the dressing room (a worker said she was coming back with another size and disappeared to help other people, I waited about 10 min before I gave up) and the cashier was really condescending and rude.

Poor customer service. Items in the sale section at full prcoe (quite a few of same item, not looking like a mistake), wait in line for item, and then they say that must have been a mistake that all of those exact sweaters are in the sale section. No apologies and made no attempt to move the items.

In this store there is a employee under the name , either Becky or Nikki , with black hair, I can't remember exactly . Disgusting attitude, no service ! was rude and incompetent ! Please guide to take action . This store advised a familiar , but now all desire to buy products in such a rough store !!!!

Last week, my wife was in this store , a girl with dark hair like Nicky or Becky, was rude. We will not return to this store anymore
