I have been very satisfied with this location. The store layout is a bit different than other Lowe's stores that I have been to, it goes deep. PVC and other plumbing supplies a are at the back of the store. The times that I needed assistance I have been able to get knowledge help. My last visit the gardening department had a great variety of healthy looking plants to add to my landscaping at reasonable prices.

I want to shout chuck the manager I'm in the middle of moving and I had to make a return and at first it wasn't going to well but I talked to chuck and he helped out with everything and made the process easy and drama free.... excellent customer service

Very friendly customer service compare to HD. ISLES are will stock and neat.

Employee named Matthew Weber was super helpful, friendly, help me all the way from start to finish even though that was not his department. Help me purchase, toilet, shower head, and sink faucet. Extremely helpful. Employees like him are true asset to the company.

The place is AWESOME ! Always have what I need. They mix perfect color paint and cut lumber to whatever size you want , super Quick too

I got fantastic honest advice to seal holes left from roots that rotted of a fallen Tree. I got dirt he recommended and it worked. Thank you.

Immediately got the answers I needed and the help I needed. Friendly staff. Sherry is who helped me the most. I appreciate the way she asked if I needed help, said she could help, helped me and all in good time. Didn’t feel like I wasted my time coming here. Will definitely keep this as my go to spot for all my home and garden needs. Had to come back for a little issue with a dead bolt lock and was immediately helped by Steven and Danny. Great service. I was in and out of there quickly with my problem solved.

Employees know their job and give good advice when asked on getting the right items for your project, including they are quite patient and kind when you are on a budget. I definitely recommend this Lowe's store.

I appreciated the variety of merchandise at the store. Both the cashier and store manager were super friendly. I especially want to give thanks to Jerry, the young man who volunteered to help me put the garden soil and potting mix onto my car at the parking lot this morning. He was so gentle and helpful that really made my day. Thank you all for the great job!

Went directly to the lighting and fixtures. Department nobody was in the department they had to call someone to come help. And there's no cashiers anymore you have to be a sudden employee of Lowe's and be of cashier. Such insanity let's watch you check out. So they're checking you out when you check out. That makes sense doesn't it nope I know

Clean had everything I was looking for . Staff was every helpful.

We only need a couple items to repair a water line, but found other items on sale. Self check out person helped with the pricing on a short piece of PVC which lead to greater savings.

I always like Lowe's and today was no different. Good selection of generators.

I've been having small projects here and there and I found myself being at Lowes and Home Depot more often. With all the things that I need with my project, it has become my "go to place" and its very important for me to have those personnel if they really take their time to help me out with what I need. I'm very impressed with Lowes lumber section especially to the employee named Anthony. I bought some wood with specific cuttings and measurements and I'm impressed with how patient he was and very accommodating. One of the reasons why I kept coming back at Lowes, great customer service on majority of their employees and mostly very knowledgeable. The Chino Hills location is also very clean and organized, I highly recommend this place.

We came in today for some plants having no idea what we wanted or anything about any of the plants and Mary came over to assist us. She was so kind and gave us so much information! We cannot thank her enough. It’s always awesome to be assisted by such great employees. We were also checked out by an employee named Sandra who was also very kind and provide excellent customer service! Thanks Lowes you have a great team over in your gardening center!

I had a curbside pick up this morning. I didn't expect they brought the items so fast. Jose loaded the 6 packs of heavy mulch into my trunk and refused to take tips.
Their great service starts a nice day.
