Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This Sherwin Williams is the best! Tony A is so kind and helpful. I was buying 5 gallons of paint (valued at over $300) a day before a 25% off sale, and he was able to get me the deal without making me come back the next day. He brought my paint out to the car too which was so helpful since I had my baby with me. I’ve always had such a great experience at this Sherwin Williams. One time, my 3 year old knocked over a quart of paint and it broke and spilled all over the floor. They didn’t make me pay for it and they were so patient with us and said not to worry about it- and they cleaned it up themselves. This place has my business for life! We’ve painted nearly our entire house with satin Alabaster from them and it looks so good (used to be an awful matte taupe everywhere)! Keep up the good work!

I had questions about a particular type of paint ... if it was the best type for the cabinets I had that had originally been stained, and I wanted to paint over. The sherwin williams employee I talked to was very knowledgeable about the concerns I had, and the different products you have in your store. He recommended a specific primer to apply first to assure better results. I came away very impressed. You guys have great products! The primer just flowed off my brush so smoothly and seemed to migrate into little surface imperfections and level up, much better than say Kilz brand has for me.
I always thought your paint was the very expensive option, and had not considered you all, but Golly after my wife and I paid and compared costs your products are not expensive.
Plus, I think the time I spent in your store, and getting the paint mixed, was faster, than when I have had home depot mix paint for me. You guys ROCK! I am a customer who will come again for sure

Absolutely wonderful place to do business. Miguel was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond showing me pictures and helping me choose the right sheen and color. Very knowledgeable staff! Very wonderful people to work with (all while their AC was out!!) talk about having a great attitude!! Thank you very much SW Barker Cypress! I appreciate you guys!

WOW! I was in the store twice today and was fortunate to work with the same gentleman who knew his color stuff! To be honest, I've had some less than great experiences in this store, but it turns out that all you have to do is actually ask for help, and then you get five-star knowledgeable service and help. I was so impressed with the color knowledge of the staff and the customer service. In the past, I had walked in, browsed colors, and expected someone to be compelled to work with me. That was my mistake. If you just ask, you will not only find the paint color you need but you'll learn so much in the process.

I wish I had gotten the name of the polite & professional young man who helped me because he was AWESOME, A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! Plus, I have had other such experiences at Sherwin-Williams. It may be an odd thing to "say", but shopping at Sherwin-Williams for paint is a pleasure, not a pain!

This is now my favorite paint store. I have come here a couple of times in past years, but received exceptional service from Allison today. She matched my paint perfectly and provided fast and friendly service. I will definitely return here for my future painting needs.

This is my favorite location! I actually have a Sherwin-Williams store a little closer to my house, but I consistently come to this location because of the customer service. The guys and the girls are excellent! They really know their paint and they go out of their way to ensure you get what you need. Megan and Jude are the absolute best and they know their stuff!

I went here with my kids and my 3 year old accidentally dropped a can of paint and it spilled all over the floor- the guys there were SO nice about it. They took my sons shoes that were covered in paint and cleaned them up for me. I'm so impressed with them. I think this place is very well managed. Also when I was rung up- they gave me a $10 off coupon without me even asking. I will definitely be a loyal customer after having what turned out to be a good experience there. Also if anyone is looking for a pretty paint color "accessible beige" is the best!

After 2 failures at Lowe's, I went to SW at Barker Cypress location and I was amazed by the place and the service. Larry was wonderful and helped me out in every which way including a great deal!! I highly recommend the place; for any paint jobs, stop wasting money on Lowe's and HD and just go to SW and you'll be greeted by professionals and a perfect paint place!!

I love this location! They’re consistently helpful, knowledgeable, professional and hilarious! The attitude and customer service are by far the best of any location I’ve been to - and when you do as many renovations as we do, you need that! :)

Well..the colors that I wanted were mixed for me.. because they were not available..
The first coat was not at all close.. I went back the next morning.. it is better.. but still not what I would have preferred. But.. everyone else.. loves it! ☺

Had a great experience at this Sherwin Williams, Definitely ask for Ivan he was great the color was perfect, super helpful, bilingual, and very knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend Ivan.
