Apart from efficiency in everything I find is so pleasant just being there as every member of staff is a joy. I use a walker and my sight's not the best. The care that I receive each time I visit simply boosts me for at least a week. Thank you for being a friend😇

Alvin was the BEST. His customer service was 100 percent on point and he did a great job helping me package my package. He also came to my car to help me bring my things in to package. Fast, Friendly and efficient.

The outstanding customer service. Kind and thoughtful and helpful. Held the door open when I was entering with a stroller. I’ve lived all over and this is the best and most friendly ups location by far!

This is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. Like many others have said the staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful. It’s like night and day compared to Fedex and USPS. 100% recommend this UPS location if you want to have a great experience

This is an Amazon return point. The folk here are the best. They are always courteous, helpful, friendly, and serve with a great attitude. I go out if my way to do business here because of the superb people who serve here.

I would like to make a comment about the staff. They friendly and although there was a mess up by Amazon the man at the counter (possibly the manager) was extremely nice and patient and didn’t talk to us like we were idiots. We need more of him around! 🙌

As should surprise nobody on a Saturday near to Christmas- they were packed - and parking is pretty much at a premium ANYWAY- but they were very efficient and the line did move quickly.

I have been going to this store for about 5 years now. They are always friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful. You are greeted when you arrive, no matter how busy they are. It is rare nowadays to see this level of service. Kudos to the store owner, manager and employees who make UPS transactions easy and worry free.

I went to return a package that I did not open and no longer wanted. when I entered inside the place I was greeted by employees the nicest way and they handled my returned package, gave me my receipt and I was out without any issues. good customer service and good attitude.

I’ve been to many different shipping places and the customer service is horrendous. This place is great. I forget the guy’s name but he always greets you with a smile and helps with anything you need. You’ll realize who he is when you walk in. But it’s not just him, all the workers seem eager to help which is great.

This is the best ups location to do business with. Customer service is out standing by all the staff members. The owner is also very pleasant. Alvin seems to be on duty 95% of the time I go. He is always friendly and willing to assist in any way. 5 STARS.

Every time I go to this location I’m always greeted with a smile and superior customer service. Every employee there deserves kudos for a job well done. The last time I was at this location it was extremely busy and Mia made sure that every person that entered the door was acknowledged. She made sure to express that they’re busy but they’ll be with you as quickly as possible. A rude and entitled customer thought that she could jump the line or make the staff move faster but Mia kept her cool. Mia addressed the customer politely, maintained her composure, and still provided the current customer with the best service. Great job Mia and great job UPS staff you all are awesome!

Best customer service experience ever! On one of the busiest days of the year, the UPS gentlemen went out of his way to ensure I got the best option for a complicated Amazon return and his wonderful UPS female co-worker jumped in proactively to help. Always a friendly "hello" when walking in the store even when there are long lines. I have never had a poor service experiences here and today's above and beyond service will ensure I always come back to this location. Thank you!
