Customer service rep. Jasmine was so awesome while helping me with a curbside pick up order my brother was picking up for me to deliver to my contractor that's remodeling our home...We live in California. Jasmine made sure when my brother arrived, the order was ready, and swiftly brought out to his car. It's not easy to find good service when in stores, but employees like Jasmine renew my faith in in-person shopping!

I was in the Cypress location yesterday to compare the refrigerators available with Lowe’s. Upon entering the department, salesperson # “AWK3NGT” greeted me and provided excellent, friendly knowledgeable service. Needless to say, I made the purchase!

Needed a new washer, my old one finally gave out and I was upset because it was a really good older washer. They don't make them like this anymore 😞 but I had no choice but to buy today's version of washers. It took a long time for me to pick one and the sales lady that helped me was very helpful and patient with me. She even uploaded videos of different washers to show how fast the middle thingy goes bc I know some move slow and don't wash the clothes correctly if you know what I'm talking about. So finally picked one with her help and she really did help me pick the right one because I'm happy with my washer ☺

I bought a bag of sunflower seeds that had mold in it and headed to the store all angry because it wasn’t the first time it happened. I got to the customer service counter and was met with the sweetest, kindest smile ever!!! Amber, you turned me around from boycotting the store and shopping at Lowe’s all because of your amazing attitude! I even bought a mop set on my way back from getting the seeds! Home Depot give this angel a raise, I’m not the easiest customer to handle. 😂

And let me add you can see the most gorgeous sunsets from their parking lot!!

On October 18th, my property was in need of some special items including lumber. I had only been in the lumber department for less than 10 minutes before a young man (Melvin P.) clocked in to start his shift and IMMEDIATELY assisted me with choosing the best type of lumber needed to accomplish my goal. Melvin P, you are AWESOME!! We need more people like you in this world. You made my experience Amazing!! Thank you for your recommendation, for sharing your knowledge, and for your quality assistance. I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the Home Depot store on Spring Cypress Rd in Cypress, TX! I had such a great experience shopping there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, which made browsing and shopping so much easier. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my home improvement needs. I spent time with Andrea, dept manager. She me gave all the info that I asked for and felt as ease as why Lowe's didn't do it..with the subcontractor company, they were not legit. The guy didn't have proper information to come out to do the work and properly scamming to get more money or just didn't want to do it. Warning!!! Always ask before you pay. Not likely to go to Lowe's third party contractor who refuses work which has been payed already or scamming for more money. Check the credentials and batch ID if there are legit. Stay away from Lowe's contractor company. Stick to HD..

I am going to cancelled my contract with Lowe's and return all supplies and getting my full refund including installing fee.

Had to get a couple of things in the garden center. In and out in 15 minutes. Great!

When I walk into Home Depot in Spring Cypress, I feel like I'm visiting family. I always get above and beyond customer service in addition to the best value for my money. I like the customer focus attitude in the store and different dept environment. I specifically like to give a special thanks to Kevin who helped cut all the wood for me in a timely manner. Although, the assistance I needed was not in the department he worked at, that didn't stop him from willingly helped me with a pleasant and patient attitude. I also like to thank Art who helped me selecting the right toolbox and work as a team with Kevin to ensure I left the store 100% satisfied. WOW!!! Home Depot will alway remains my family favorite home store. Please give Kevin and Art a big pat in the back for adding value, take ownership and provided excellent customer satisfaction. I was pleased to work with Salam Al Musawi, Specialty Sales Assistant Store Manager, at the Cypress Home Depot store this week. Salam was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help me place an order for a lower sash window that had a broken frame and seal. Salam was a pleasure to work with, and I will ask for him by name if I need any future help with my windows. Home Depot is fortunate to have such an outstanding Assistant Store Manager!

This Home Depot is very well taken care of and organized. I was easily distracted by the large number of displays and endcaps for various products they were advertising.

Unfortunately, this caused my wife to drag me away from all of the shiny new toys since we were only there for fence boards... but not before I could quickly grab a power washer.

I'll surely get an opportunity to buy power tools in bulk again soon.

Steve was amazing, helped me to get a vanity counter top a couple of days ago with the forklift, battery was dead and he quickly went to get another one, you can tell he like his job , always willing to help the customer, can’t say the same for other employees .

I love Home Depot, even though the prices aren’t always the best… But they usually be the small town locations of Lowe’s.

Home Depot has a much larger selection and I’m really grateful to have access to them.

We sure do need one of them in Livingston, Texas.

Staff here are always checking if they can help with any questions. Never seen an out of stock regular order I have. Garden section is very good with seasonal flowers and trees.

We had a good service with Tabatha very nice and sweet personality love her red hair she deserves a rise 🆙 not alll the employees have a nice attitude like her!!!

The home depot associate was extremely helpful. I explained my project and he was able to guide me through different options. Thank you.
