This is an amazing place with a massive variety of meats, sides, and bread! Everything is frozen. They have everything from chicken to veal to octopus! It's super cool! There's something for everyone!!! They can deliver to you if you are under 13 miles away. You can have it delivered from the warehouse too! It's a super cool setup! You can even pay a yearly price to have things delivered to your house or somewhere else. This is a great way to try so many different types of things you can't get anywhere else! The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!!

Wild Forks is a new meat market just south of Castle Hill Kroger. It is a wide variety flash frozen meat market they have a truly astounding selection of meats to choose from including specialty sausages, Choice, Angus Prime and Dry Aged Beef. In almost every cut imaginable. The same with pork, they even stock Berkshire Pork. They also have free range chicken and a huge selection of bacon both flavor cured and uncured. I was also very impressed with the wide selection of fish and shellfish they have at very competitive prices. Now to what really sets them apart from a regular meat market, They also carry a selection of venison Wild Boar, Bison, Emmu, Alligator, Elk, Deer, Rabbit, Duck, Goose and Pheasant. Surprisingly they also had a selection of meat free (meat) so if your a vegan or vegetarian then they have beyond meat products available as well as some other nice frozen vegetables. They even have a exotic dessert counter. Every package is vacuumed sealed and then flash frozen so their is absolutely no freezer burn and after trying several different things I find above average flavor and far superior quality in their products. Well worth the price. Also the store is the cleanest I've seen. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Another huge bonus is everything is clearly labeled as to the source country of origin and if it was sustainably acquired, free range, line or pole caught or farm raised. I was very impressed if you live close to one of these stores and are looking for a higher standard of quality then generally found at the big retail grocery stores then definitely check this amazing new store out.

Amazing shop with great meat options. Absolutely worth it for everyday cuts from chicken, beef, and pork to specialty meats like Japanese wagyu, ostrich, and alligator. Great for every day shopping and they even have a lot of frozen prepared meals options. Also, the perfect store for that special dinner where you need a special roast or maybe even a suckling pig.

I love this place. Very clean, friendly store associates. No weird smells when you walk in. And the variety of products you won't normally find at a regular market.

I went for the first time today. Every employee was friendly and helpful. I made this delicious pasta with the seafood pack! Everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be back. I can’t wait to taste the rest of the products I purchased.

This place has super quality meat for excellent prices! The employees are super kind and efficient. You can walk in and shop around or do grocery pickup.

Great selection and service. Meat is tender even though frozen. Not sure how they do it but it is amazing. Where else can you find ostrich and elk?

Only place you can get this ribeye cap steak!

First time visit and it was well worth it. If you want real unprocessed meat or plant based meat, this is your place. They even have veggies, appetizers, desserts, and bread. I thought the prices were reasonable when you compare it to the grocery stores. And this meat is better. Grass fed beef, no antibiotics or hormones. We'll definitely go back

The employee who assisted us was very helpful in explaining what the concept was. As well as the store layout and why we should shop here for our meats. The bacon we purchased was amazing! Very flavorful. I really am not doing this justice as it tasted better than almost any bacon I have had before. We also picked up hamburger patties and really enjoyed them as well. I do not believe this was any more expensive than other grocery chains but the meat seemed to be on a upper level, like a local butcher. Great place

We are extremely concerned about quality, and price is also an issue. We purchased 40 pounds of their portioned salmon for the protein on our meals to go and quality was exceptional. We buy fun hard to find items to take home, and love this place! We are delighted they are near our home.

Nice staff good prices lots to choose from

We love this place! Incredible selection, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. It is so fun to shop here- I feel like I always find something new, and it's always well-stocked... But since it's smaller and specialized, it's generally less crowded and chaotic than the neighboring grocery stores so it's a more pleasant experience.

Our favorites are probably the Peri Peri chicken thighs (sous vide @165 F for 1.5 hours, then crisp up the skins in a cast iron pan) and the Smoked Chipotle pork loin (same, but @140 F). Awesome seafood selection for landlocked Dallas, and everything always tastes so fresh, despite having been frozen. We now buy almost all of our meat at Wild Fork!

If you find some favorites, it's absolutely worth the annual delivery fee to get home delivery in a matter of hours- it's super reasonable and it's saved us a trip so many times!
