The staff here are super friendly. I shop here frequently because of the help that I receive when trying to decide on new looks with hair. They know what aisle every product is on and will point you in the right direction, and are willing to walk with you to locate it. Customer service in a hair store is rare. I always have a good laugh and a good time. I’m so glad there are girls in place here to assist us

This is the BEST beauty supply store in town. They have everything and great prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is very big with a huge variety. They also don’t change up prices at the register like other beauty supply’s do. If you’re hesitant on coming here, don’t be! 💕

Great customer service and really good selections. So much to choose from here. They even have clothing items, shoes, a couple big aisles of accessories and costume jewelry. Great selection of eyelashes. Sports shirts, pop it's and other small toys.

I recently started visiting this beauty supply as there a few others in the area and I'm so glad that they did. The store is big and clean, has good lighting and very well organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to their products. The best thing I like about them is that, as long as you have your receipt and your item is in original condition, you can return it within 7 days and get your original form of payment back!

Since moving to the Houston area in 2018, Uptown Beauty has been my "go to" beauty supply store. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I will take a photo of a hairstyle to show one of the ladies, and get exactly what I need for my stylist.

It cool I had to switch my hair one day and forgot my receipt and the man was nice enough to let me do it But don't forget your receipt when you have to exchange a item because we all no those beauty supplies don't exchange nothing without a receipt and they definitely don't do no refunds

I visited store today and I was able to find everything i wanted. Store was very well organized and it was really easy to fine things i wanted.

Found this place by accident. Mostly hair extensions, wigs and products, but they do sell a few items of clothing and make-up. Staff were very helpful. I'll be returning!
