I had the opportunity to meet the manager of the store and he was super informative, very laid back and professional.
I frequent this store for many of returns to Amazon and all the employees have a positive vibe. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs to have any shipping/returns done!

I had a fairly complex shipment that involved several boxes that needed to be both packaged and shipped. All items arrived safe and sound and on time but it was the follow up from the store that most impressed me. I received a number of calls from them with updates and status reports that went well beyond my expectations. 5 stars for sure!!

I came in needing help with an awkward car part that i was selling on ebay. Kevin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help make sure i got the right box, it packaged properly and did it all with a smile. I couldn't believe the excellent customer service.

Fantastic service everytime. Every employee I have had contact with has been very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The North Bend, WA store does except Amazon QR codes making returning my items very easy and quick. I am extremely thankful to have this store so conveniently located in our little town.

Consistently excellent service!!! I ship a lot of art works all over the country. The representatives are always very astute about protecting paintings and ensuring delivery within time frames. Every clerk is gracious, knowledgeable and committed to superb customer service.

Great service pretty much all the time. They were extremely helpful while I lived in North Bend, and even after I moved out of the country and needed something forwarded to me. This is the place to go for mail/packages in North Bend.

Daria, Michael and Britni are all very friendly. I've had a mailbox at this store for about 9 months now and the staff consistently goes above and beyond all expectations as far as alerting me when a package arrives.

I had to ship a cell phone back to Verizon and I stopped in this location. My package already had a call tag on it. The associate behind the counter printed me a receipt so I had documented proof that the phone had been sent back. I was impressed.

I was in a rush to send a fax and couldn’t wait for a receipt. Michael Nordquest later send me a letter; the fax number I had given was incorrect. He went to the lengths of finding the correct number, sending the fax, and mailing me the receipt. It was a medical insurance issue, and this was not only exceptional service, but saved me a load of trouble!

The best of the UPS stores I have visited, which is a lot. Well staffed and they try to help you whenever they can. Not all UPS Stores have the same level of customer service, this one is at the top.

i went in there to get a po box found this store to be warm and inviting with the nice gentleman who went to get a key maid. The very nice lady helped me decide on the best option that was right for me...

Have worked with them many times since this location opened. Always seeing the same pleasant faces and great CS. An example of how to do it correctly.

I use UPS often. I have had excellent service at UPS, North Bend. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant.
