Recently we purchased a window unit online and requested direct delivery to our house. When the package arrived, it was severely damaged (should have not been delivered period) and there were no other stores that could do an in store exchange. This is where we met Angel. Angel provided a professional, courteous, accurate, and quick solution. She took time to call the online department. Requested for an exchange and delivery and also a credit for our inconvenience!!! I will forever be grateful that this specific Home Depot has Angel and her quick, unwavering decision making and her professionalism to make our purchase making effortless and not regretful. Thank you Angel for all of your hard work and commitment to your customers!! This is you and not The Home Depot that made it easy for us to give it another shot going forward!!!

Let me tell you guys how amazing the customer service this Home Depot has. I bought a master built gravity 800 series smoker/griddle/grill online and as I wanted to buy it in store I told them if they can do a price match for me. But since the item was online only I had to speak to someone who worked for Home Depot online. But the in store associates and even the general manager him self, stayed with me to make sure I got that deal. And when I ran into an issue they managed to help me out. This Home Depot is by far the best Home Depot I have ever walked in to. They might be small location but don’t let the size of the store get to you, knowing when they have customer service that meets your standards and needs when it comes to shopping for home supplies. When I had a problem come up with the smoker they managed to help me find the part I needed online and the product isn’t even a Home Depot product but they wanted to make sure I was taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I was here to get some lumber for my 1st project after picking up the hobby of woodworking.
In the last I have really disliked Home Depot, I found it overwhelming and felt really out of my element.
This Home Depot has THE NICEST and MOST HELPFUL people, well in the lumber section at least.
The bays were all stocked well, I found everything I needed easily and when I needed assistance the lumber guy was easily found.
That's been my issue in the past, becoming overwhelmed and not being able to find an employee easily, and when I did, I got, "This isn't my section, I'll find them for you" and then crickets.
Since I have many more projects swirling around in my brain, I will be back and really look forward to visiting Home Depot again soon!!!

Jan 2020 update:
They've totally modernized their checkout system. Their checkout lanes have digital pay and the associates are trained on it, love it!!!

Also, I returned a cut blind I got from another HD and they took it without any questions. Great service here!

This place has a water service which surprised me. The service was great and the people were very happy in serving. I needed to get in and out to get some fence posts and I was able to get them quickly. The prices were posted and I was able to compare the prices and got what I needed. Great service and great location.

Update: went to Lowes Garland. Not one person offered to help. So zoomed up to Home Depot and got the best customer service!

Every person who helped us was terrific today. Donald was super helpful with cutting lots of PVC pipe and patient!

Has everything that a home owner needs at great prices. The staff are not just highschool kids, they know what they are talking about. I am not a Master DYI, that is why I shop at HD. They employ the Masters

I typically never write reviews, but I was helped by Jesse in the plumbing department and I just have to say how wonderful he is!! I came in at two separate times on the same day and each time he was so diligent, friendly, and helpful. I truly appreciated his help in solving my complicated connection problems.

This store is always neat and tidy. The folks here are very friendly. It is my preferred home improvement store (both by location and brand). Keep up the awesomeness guys!!! I really enjoy shopping here. FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm here daily, so the I know most of the employees. It feels great when you look foward to seeing the people that help ensure I have the materials required to complete my customers projects.

Great people, good and professional service. allowed us to come back for our Concrete we left the day before.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Mr. Larry Press for assisting my husband and I. He not only helped us complete our project, but gave us great conversation, jokes to laugh at, and a perfect suggestion on a museum and restaurant for my husband and I to go to on our free time. Larry not only made our day but visit to Home Depot more than what we imagined.

Went to Home Depot today for my curbside pickup order, Ani was so sweet and helped me load my car!

Marcy definitely went above and beyond so my family could have a hot shower the next day.

On a sad note, I did go back the next day and couldn't get any help. The associates were nice, but I just kept calling for another person to help, and I never got assistance.

Great place Yesterday got 7ft live fir Christmas tree for $55 added tax $59.

I had the friendliest staff Mariela and Kimberly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for very fast. They were SO nice.

I love this place they have great sales.

I came here for plant fertilizer. They had what I needed.
