Staff is always really friendly. Wait times aren’t too bad. Had to get fingerprinting done the other day and the staff worked really hard to ensure my prints were taken correctly. They really went above and beyond!

Best team in town! They know my family by name and they are always enjoyable to talk with.
Pro tip: avoid 5pm-6pm due to Salsa restaurant patrons taking up the whole parking lot! I personally like going with less traffic.

This store provides great customer service! The notary process was fast and easy. Adam was so nice to my little girl and gave her a sticker and something to draw on to keep her busy while I was getting something notarized.

The clerk took care of my items from selecting box. Taping it placing items in and generating the mailing label. He was fast and appreciated his help.

I have been going to this location since past 5 years and the staff is great. They are always smiling, ready to help and super quick.

I can’t say that I’ve ever written a review for a UPS store, but today I had to take a moment to give credit where credit is due. I stopped by this location [yesterday] about 10 minutes before closing to mail a letter. I was given a tracking number and told it would arrive the next day. Upon learning the letter hadn’t been delivered, I called the UPS store. Jolene was so sweet and kind as she thoroughly and patiently explained the process of the tracking number becoming active. Knowing it was around their busiest time, I never felt rushed as though she was needing to get to the next customer. Jolene made me feel like a human being and not just another transaction.

I come to this place all the time to make copies and send stuff out. They are awesome. Good customer service and never any lines. Totally recommend!

I went to this UPS store to return ATT modem an extender (after 3-4 weeks of procrastination and daily reminder calls from ATT Support). I didn't even have to pull up my email . Super courteous and competent UPS staff, asked for my last name, helped remove from the bag and printed acknowledgement receipt. They even said they can't reprint the ATT equipment receipt. All of this took 60 seconds to 2 minutes maximum. I was concerned that I reached the store at 6:55 pm with store closing at 7 pm.

Living in the area, I use the services at this store for most of my shipping needs, and for Amazon Prime returns. The staff are always friendly, focused and quick, printed receipts, etc. I have never had any issues with the shipping. I don’t agree with people that give poor reviews because of that individual’s unrealistic demands. Let’s give this group the kudos they deserve!

Amazing experience! They were busy but the line moved fast and they were super nice! I had to send 5 bulky products and was unsure how to do so but the worker made feel comfortable and confident! He measured my products to find the perfect box and packed everything up neatly. He walked me through every step and explained all of the pricing! I’m definitely making this my home location!

I’m typically in this UPS Store location a few times a month and the staff is always super efficient and friendly. They make shipping packages and returning Amazon items easy and quick.

The service in this UPS store is nothing less than “excellent”, every single employee regardless who you work with has the same positive attitude and eager to help.
I come to them with open boxes and NEVER in all my years felt that they are complaining or unhappy about it, they just smile, tap the package and ask if there is anything else they can do !!

Great store, needed a quick print in between appointments, they didn’t even charge me for it. A minor detail but definitely makes you want to come back and do business with these guys in future. I rarely use UPS services but will definitely recommend this location.
