I did had trouble porting from att to Verizon but Raul was sooo helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don’t know how these folks can be so patient having to call customer service multiple times a day. I certainly wouldn’t be. I did have to come back multiple times to get the issue resolved but Raul was great to work with and made sure it got done.

I went in to this location while experiencing very frustrating problems with a device switch. Raul was a one-man-show: helping many customers while I was there by alternating his time between us while taking steps to resolve issues. Each issue he dealt with, including my own, was completely resolved in a very short time. He obviously had a wide knowledge base, a good way with the public, and a lot of patience. Man needs a promotion/ man needs a raise! Thank you, Raul!

Raul helped me by setting up the cellular on my Apple Watch. I highly recommend him he was very kind and helpful and patient.

Shopping today was a wonderful experience. Raoul and the other gentleman in the store were extremely helpful, and I walked out with two new android phones and saved lots in the meantime. Raoul was courteous, patient and professional. My husband and I will definitely be shopping here again. We highly recommend the place.

The service at this store is amazing! Martin was so helpful. He answered all of my questions, very professionally addressed my concerns and made me feel welcome. He was very busy when I walked in and he still got to me in a timely manner. I was also excited to learn about the amazing promotions they had going on. I can honestly say this is the best service I've ever received at a Verizon store. I definitely recommend. 👍

After a very negative experience at a different Verizon store, everything was perfect here. Jaelynn was willing to do a bit of research to find the correct item that was compatible with my phone. Then she installed it with great competence. Well done!

Martin and Myranda were the best representatives I could have asked for. They addressed all my concerns and got me into two new phones with accessories for a great deal!

Dealing with cell phone companies can be a chore. Not here! Had to upgrade a phone after breaking mine. Martin took care of me. His customer service skills are top notch. One of the best. Great purchasing advise and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and left the store with a new phone with all my old stuff restored. Highly recommended!

The sales rep, Jaelynn, was very polite and greeted each customer as they came through the door even though she was the only employee in the store. She also was able to help me purchase a new SIM card at the same time that she was helping another customer. She provided great customer service to both of us while 2 other customers waited for their turn to be helped and she never seemed or acted overwhelmed while there were 4 customers in her store. I needed a new phone, and I received outstanding service from Jose! He was patient, super helpful, and did not pressure me to buy an expensive phone... I gave him my price range and he brought me 3 phones to look at. Nowadays its rare to come across someone who cares about providing great customer service, so we were very pleased to have such a good experience with Jose.

Myranda was so helpful answering all of our questions when we came into the store. She went the extra mile for us making sure we got all the offers, bundles, and discounts we could. She even stayed late at the store to make sure we got everything we needed out of our purchase. So grateful for her help!

While I was in the main Taos Verizon store, this sales rep, Martin, provided stellar service, not only for me, but many other customers that walked in while I was there. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, and helped me assess my options for a new device based on my unique desires and needs, rather than trying to up-sell me. This guy is a self-starter, and should be manager of this store!

Jayla was so very professional. She explained the transition from my plan to a better plan, did upgrades to my phone and helped me choose a new phone. She also suggested that I purchase a case and a screen protector and installed them. Jayla made the experience quite positive.

Crystal, Michelle and Marissa were all fantastic and very friendly! Thank you so much for all your help and your wonderful helping attitudes. Martin was awesome! I’m kind of like a caveman and he explained everything to me in a way that I understand and I now feel less stupid and better prepared. He was also very patient with me. As I stated earlier I’m a caveman and am tough to teach about phones.
