Great selection, I've been buying boots from them for several years.

Love it!! Only thing that kinda upset me was they didn't have my size in the boot I wanted but no worries..I went on an ordered my size an they will be here soon. Looking forward to my new boots!!

Great service and great selection. They could use more help as busy as they were. I will get all my boots from them.

If you want cheap boots that hurts your feet and comes apart in six months,go to Walmart. If you want quality boots that will last for years ,go to Hayes. I've bought three pairs, different styles,over the years and have been completely satisfied with each. Plus they carry a very large supply of American made boots

Employees are super nice and very helpful. They have a large inventory of boots and shoes to choose from.

Went with my co worker to my new job because my new employer was purchasing us our one issue a year work boots, service was awesome, keep up the great work. I went here two weeks before hand because I knew my employer was going to bring us here to purchase a pair of boots, and the young man that helped me, amazing guy, and I really appreciate his time.

Good atmosphere, good customer service, this was my first visit, I’ll be back.

Went in today for a new pair of steel toe for work and was lost to start. Carrie, sweet Carrie was so helpful. She pointed me in the direction I needed, explained that if I didn't find what I was looking for in the Women's that the men's boots a size smaller would fit also giving me many more options to choose from. She made my experience so much smoother and she was just the sweetest. Good help is hard to find right now and that girl needs a raise! Bless her!

This place is awesome!! Found the exact pair I was looking for in less than a minute. I almost bought more because they have all the best boots, none of those off brands and none of the cheesy styles... ended up with 2 pairs of jeans too. Amberly and Courtney were fantastic. Save yourself a trip to Nashville and go here first! Totally worth it!

I absolutely love this store. The staff has always been super friendly and so willing to help. I bought my first pair of boots here and brought my mom back to buy her first pair of boots. They are awesome about answering questions and being willing to put in the extra effort to make sure that you're getting what you need and what you want. Also the quality of the boots that they sell is on point

After visiting the Boot Barn down the way and getting no help I decided to go to a small locally owned store. The customer service I received from the moment I came in was top notch, I was greeted by a really nice lady. Fellas she was gorgeous, ladies she knows more about boots then I have seen in a very long time. I could really tell she has a passion for boots and western wear. That goes a long way for me. The store was busy, there was an older lady in the back of the store on her phone another was working on what appeared to be stock. Thank you Vegas girl for helping me with my Ariat purchase. I love this store! I went in recently to buy a pair of boots and left with 2 pairs! The lady that assisted me truly took ownership in the company. I assumed she was the owner but she just really loved her job and the company she works for. They go out of their way to produce great customer service!

Very helpful staff very friendly. Had some problems out of a pair of boots was partly my they fault I was off a little on the size for that style/brand but quickly took care of the problem and helped me get the right size and fit. If you are questioning your fit just Ask Wendy and she will square you right away for a perfect fit

I had an incredible easy shopping experience! I have started a new job and the ladies were all super nice and the lady who helped me personally knew exactly what to get me knew the product and I was in out and done while having an enjoyable shopping experience for some work boots I didn't know to much about! Recommend for anyone I will be taking my mom back to get her some sandals that she was eye ballinga. 😋

I absolutely love this store!!! They have amazing boots and pretty belts. I got two pairs of boots there and love them to death!!! They have great service, very nice, and they help their customers out until they are satisfied completely. If your looking for real boots at a good price this is the store!!!
