Harbor Freight Tools

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I'm there a couple times a week.
Awesome deals if you know what to look for and are a inside track member.
Here's just a couple things i've gotten there.

I love this store, so happy they moved into Smyrna. I went Friday 12/29/23 to use my 25% off digital coupon. When I came in there was a male employee standing near the register watching the only cashier work, when it was time for me to cash out he was still standing there watching the only cashier work, as the line increased to about 5 customers he walked away instead of opening another register????

Harbor Freight made shopping for my tools easy. I was pointed to each item I was looking for and was done so by helpful staff. I would recommend Harbor Freight Tools for those looking for tools at a great price.

My fiancé and I came here the other day because he was looking for some tools. He found what he needed, which was great, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was very eager to help with anything we needed and was knowledgeable when he asked a question about the tool he was looking to buy.

Staff is helpful prices are good, their quality has gone way up in the last 15 years.
And the manager or assistant manager is always jumping in to help me find things when I need it so I’m very impressed with them!

I'm so glad that Harbor Freight open a store in Smyrna near to house,, for the stuff I do they have the perfect tools everything that I have bought from them last a long time thank you..
