Nice store. Always clean but prices are to high.

Me and my wife was there on a weekend trip. We needed a few supplies. So we went to food city. I love the place. The prices are great. The hot food deli was amazing. I wish we had a food city in our home town of Franklin County va

Bakery department, Cake maker/decorator is Top notch! Not your usual “my job is to make cakes…you’re gonna get your basic cake,nothing more” cake decorator! Angela puts her heart into it and goes above and beyond!

Great people, especially Elizabeth, in the go cart.

Employees were so kind....I will visit when I come back to White Pine, Tennessee . Store was clean. I could feel the love!

Great place to go for groceries and fuel on Wednesday's they have a point system and one can get reduced fuel great store , plus they have a weekly sale paper and great selection on products and meat !

Bakery /Deli.... Superb group of people working behind the counters. Always willing to help and supply even the most picky orders. "Cheese ball with nuts, cheese ball without nuts!!!"
Always clean and though I've never eaten at their deli food bar, it looks fresh most if my visits and clerk's/servers are friendly. Smells good too!!!

I shop here all the time. I have been shopping at Food City in White pine, tn for 21 years. The manager, Raymond has retired as of 3 years ago. The New manager, Melissa, that has replaced him is a little more friendly, but then I also have to realize everyone manager is not the same. The front end people she hires are much friendlier and more people persons which does make the store more inviting.

Run in for milk n my cashier was so sweet. The new manager of the store walks around the store checking it out but she never speaks to the people like the previous manager Raymond did. He always spoke to everyone. I have seen her lots of times and all she does is walk around the store on her phone and never speaks. Now the assistant manager like Daniel and another guy they always speak to customer and ask if you need anything but not her.

Today's visit was great,lots of sales! The store is always clean and well stocked which makes my life easier.

Took my husband for his birthday. He enjoyed the fish and chips but would prefer cornbread crust. Learned we can do it next time. I loved my salmon and we shared the cobbler which was perfect.

Good selection, clean store, employees all wearing masks and practicing social distancing as well as can be done in a grocery store. I can't say the same for over half of the customers inside who seem to believe they are too good to wear a mask or that somehow this epidemic is a hoax. I wish food City would hire security temporarily and refuse entry to these neanderthals.

Foodcity is a great grocery store and ran by the greatest people! I go into the store for small stuff im in and out in less than 10 min
Gas n go is great to stop for not only gas its great for drinks and cigarettes! They have always had gas never have I seen them not have gas! They always have windshield cleaner and squeegees

Awesome clean little place!

This has been my food city since it was across the road. I grew up coming here and love the fact its still a place you're going to run into people you know if you don't have makeup on. Love their sales and earning gas fillups

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The bakery department went over and beyond to help me design a special birthday cake for my grandson. The store is always clean and orderly.

We had burgers and fries from the Deli today around 3:15pm the cook done a perfect job. Thank you for listening to our request 😊😊😊. We we'll be back. I did not get the lady's name.

Food city in white pine has been my grocery store when my mom went and i tagged along with her as a child. Now i take my kids who are almost grown. They also now sell wine which is cool and Raymond the general manager who has been there since I was a child is very nice and helpful to everyone who he comes into contact with.

Enjoy going in the mornings, super friendly employees(Arnetha...hope I spelled her name right) is very friendly, my fave. It is busy around 3-330 PM but they will open extra lanes so ppl dont have 2 stand in line long, there are some cashiers that are slow(one studies almost every item she scans), and there is 1 manager(Faye)that could lighten up some, it's like she gets irritated if she is called 2 help a cashier, I have witnessed her get hateful and smart with a customer over coupons). Other than that, this place is a nice "hometown" store.

I always love shopping here. You can get a lot of things here that you can’t find at other grocery stores.
