Fabulous UPS location. Great service, nice employees. I have witnessed them so often go above and beyond for their customers, even with long lines during the holiday season.

What a great store, incredibly friendly efficient staff that got a legal document Notarized for me in a few minutes. Truly helped me out in an emergency.

Super fast and friendly service. Every single time I have been in to the UPS store I am always greeted in a positive way. Kennedy is very kind and was very patient with me as I had close 20+ Amazon returns. :)

Kennedy was awesome she is very efficient she helped me both yesterday and today. She was waiting on one customer who was waiting for a fax to come in, the phone rang she went to answer and the person hung up on her and she came back to help me and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

The staff here is absolutely amazing and took care of all my needs! I came in with SO many questions about the best shipping options for what I needed and Haleigh was so helpful! She was so pleasant to talk with and definitely knew her stuff! I will absolutely be back and recommend this UPS to EVERYONE I meet!

Wonderful experience with Hayleigh and Ashley at this store. I had multiple packages on 2 different nights going out to a very important client. These ladies were patient, careful, and accommodating. Especially grateful for Ashley, who was kind enough to stay past close to get all my packages ready to go out the next morning. Nice to see great work ethic and professionalism... rare commodity these days.

I mailed 2 large boxes from the UPS store and Kennedy did a great job assisting me. She made it a super easy and seamless process.

Haleigh helped me out with printing menus for my wedding and was the most WONDERFUL experience. She did an amazing job and was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right! The
Menus were such a fun touch to the wedding and I couldn’t have done it without her! Jonathan also was very friendly and helpful at the start of the process. I’ll probably always come here for my printing needs! - maddie :)

I always love coming to this store! Which sounds crazy but it is true! Both of the ladies that work there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I walk in, they know me by name and are always willing to make my printing projects work, even when they are last minute!! Miranda is extremely responsive to emails whenever I have a request. I recommend them to everyone!

Ownership of The UPS Store #3746 changed hands about a month ago and I want to share my experience with you.
Today I was carrying two packages in to the store when John, who has been recently hired, moved quickly toward the door from the inside to open it for me. I was most grateful for that kindness.
I had two return labels on my phone and had been assured by the company who sent them to me that "printing these labels is so easy"...wrong, it was so not easy.
Connie was working the register and offered to assist me. After trying to get the labels to print two times without success, I got the company who sent them to me on the phone and she offered to "talk me thru it" but it failed to work. Connie went to get the Regional Manager, Cathy Russell, to help me.
So, here I am in the UPS Store, not the only customer there, and the Owner/Manager comes out to help me. Twenty-five minutes in to this "easy" ordeal now but she's so pleasant. Cathy took my phone, pulled up the return label, screenshot it and took a picture of it and went to the back. A few minutes later I hear the printer whirring and she successfully had the first label printed. Cathy took my phone and repeated the process a second time and in just a few minutes the second, and final, label was printed. My packages had their labels affixed and went to the pile awaiting the UPS driver to fetch them.
I'd been there in to this process for some time but the ladies in the store had been so patient and so kind to go way above and beyond to get those labels printed. I had apologized several times but was told not to worry, that's what they were there for and that many people had difficulty with phone labels. I cannot express enough how much this kindness meant to me. It was exemplary customer service that was so appreciated.
We chatted for awhile and Cathy told me about some of the other services UPS offers. She also told me she wants her store to be successful in the community and I have absolutely no doubt that wish will come true.
Customer service seems rare in today's world but I got the the very best service today. I do not hesitate at all in recommending store 3746 to you.

Jacob at the hwy 100 Nashville Tennessee, was extremely polite and very strongly helpful. I would recommend anyone in Bellevue tn to use this location. Best service ever.

Above and beyond customer service today! I ran in to drop off an Amazon return and had accidentally hit a wrong return center. When I didn't know how to fix it, the store manager offered to help and even asked if it was ok for her to touch my phone. I really appreciate that she went out of her way to help me! Thank you!

Employees (Ashley, Haleigh, Johnathan)at UPS Store 3746 at 8161 Hwy 100, Nashville always helpful and professional. They are very business like and resolve any problems efficiently. The entire atmosphere is pleasant.

I come to this UPS very often and always love the staff. Kennedy was great and helped me out tremendously today!!!!
