I received the most WONDERFUL help from the staff at J and K Home Furnishings. I was in need of a couch, and several other things, and Julie went OUT OF HER WAY to work with me via email with lots of choices, pictures, specific measurements, making it easier to work with her remotely while not living permanently in the beach area. All the ladies at this location were helpful and kind, doing all that they could to help me find my awesome couch! The process was quick and easy and the prices were great, with me being able to take advantage of a tax free period promoted by the store to help the buyer. Delivery set up was fast and easy, and I am looking forward to receiving our new couch. At a time when folks seem to be leaning toward online shopping for the most part, it is so nice to remember the joy and personal interaction of working with people in person and "seeing" and "trying out" what is being purchased. Highly recommend dealing with Kate at JK Furnishings! Kate went above and beyond. When our sectional was delivered one of the cushions had a pull in the upholstery. It was going to be several weeks before JK's delivery team could bring a replacement cushion as we are an hour away from the store. Kate drove to our home and exchanged the pillow from the showroom sectional two days after delivery. Now that is going above and beyond with excellent customer service! She gave excellent design advice, and we’re very pleased with the results - good quality furniture at a fair price. The delivery crew was also skilled and professional.

Was very pleased to find the wall unit of our dreams with the help of Julie Young. It was great because we were able to take advantage of the Veterans Dale Sale and they also gave us a discount for my husband being a veteran. They are also going to be able to deliver it soon, so no more watching a TV that is sitting on the floor! We were looking for a coffee table too, and Julie advised us that if we found one at one of the other of their stores today, we would not have to pay another shipping charge. We did! We couldn’t be happier with J& K! Now we save on shipping too!

We loved working with Ellen! Our purchase of a sleeper sofa and two chairs was made so easy with her help. She showed us exactly what we wanted and we made our decision very quickly. Since we came into the store at the very close of their day, Ellen and another male employee were kind enough to stay after hours and get us settled. The delivery came as promised and we thought the prices were reasonable. The furniture quality is great! We have plans to buy other furniture there very soon! Nice to deal with a local company, too!

Tyler at J&K Furnishings is the sweetest salesperson- he immediately helped me understand the layout of the store and explained which items are available for immediate purchase. He listened to me explain what I needed and gave me several options that were right in my price range. Any questions I had were answered kindly by the manager who was also very helpful. I wish I had come to shop with these folks earlier!! Great experience!

We needed a new living room set. On a whim, I decided to stop in J&K because it was close to the house. Within 5 minutes of being in the store, I spotted a living room set that fit is perfect. Ellen was the gracious employee that assisted me. She let me know that the set I was interested in was 30% off!! I wanted my husband to see it before any commitment was made. We went in the store the next day and Ellen helped us again. We got the beautiful set (couch, chair & love seat). We decided to add end tables & a coffee table to it. We were able to finance it and have it delivered to us within 48 hours. The experience was wonderful! There was no pressure -- Ellen was very helpful!! Thank you J&K for our new living room furniture -- WE LOVE IT!!!

We had a very good experience shopping at J&K Home Furnishings for a mattress for our king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Elizabeth was a friendly knowledgeable salesperson, who did not try to steer us to a particular item. She gave us a brief tour of the store, explained the various mattresses available, had us lay on the mattresses for comfort, then checked into the prices for those we liked best. She allowed us to go elsewhere for variety asking that we return if we found a better deal so she could try and match it. And we did come back for her to sell us a very good mattress. She also gave us a very good deal on a mattress for our sleeper sofa that will be delivered and set up together in about 3 weeks by their workers. Thanks Elizabeth!

I was looking a recliner that complimented my current furnishings. Julie took time showing me various recliners and pointing out their features. She checked current stock as well as expected deliveries to be sure I knew all available options. She answered all my questions. Julie was very polite and easy to talk with. I found a recliner I liked, and she suggested I come back with my sofa pillow to see how the chair blended with the print. I went back the next day and she once again took time to discuss various chairs and give me her opinion about the best fit. I paid a deposit and asked her to hold the chair until my next visit back to the area. She honored my request. She exerted no pressure, and she took time to learn what features I like in a recliner. I will be a return customer!

My husband and I went to J&K Home Furnishings in Longs, SC to find 2 rocker/recliners for our new home. J&K had just what we were looking for. Julie Young was our Salesperson and she could not have been more welcoming, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Even after the purchase when we needed a repair, she was able to get us the assistance we needed and had our problem solved. Most recently she assisted us again to adapt one of the chairs for a medical issue. We had such a exceptional experience at J&K Home Furnishings in Longs, SC! We were trying to find a reclining sectional sofa for our home and we found the perfect one for a discount! We wanted to see the different ways we could arrange it to look good in our home so the consultant, Julie Young asked the delivery men to come out front to move the sectional around the way we wanted it. Everyone was super nice and very helpful! I definitely recommend going to see Julie for your home designing needs!

We walked in and were greeted by Julie. We told her what we were looking for, and said we would like to browse around. She allowed us to do that and checked back on us in just a few minutes. We found a bedroom suite that we just loved (including the price). She was extremely helpful in our purchase of a mattress set as well. Was Looking for a comfortable chair for my bedroom, and could not find one, until I went into the Longs, SC store and met Julie Young. She was great, took me to the first chair (which I did buy), but looked thru the whole store. She made several suggestions, which was very helpful. She was not pushy and I just took my time. I also ended up buying an accessory that I happened to see. Will definitely so to her again!!

We just made our second purchase from this store. We got a great deal on our first purchase of a headboard for our second bedroom. The second time we wanted to shop for a swivel barrel Chair and chose to shop this store first. Julie was very friendly and pointed us to the large selection of these chairs. She urged us to sit in each chair and find one that fit our requirements. Then she quickly and deftly flipped through the fabric books after we gave her our color suggestions. She has a flair for design and fabric that you don't always see in a furniture salesperson. We bought a floor model chair and she was quick to ensure that the chair was covered for safe transportation in our truck. JK Furnishings has a wonderful selection of many top notch furniture manufacturers. I would return for a third visit when I need more furniture.
