The staff was very friendly and helpful! So excited to have a UPS in Knightdale. Love the automatic doors - so helpful when your hands are full with packages. 📦

My husband and I went into the Knightdale, NC UPS store to get a document notarized. There was 2-3 people in line ahead of us and about 3-4 employees working. We thought we would have to wait a little bit, And we were honestly on a time crunch. But each employee that was behind the desk immediately walked to a register and called a customer to help them, we were helped right away with an extremely helpful associate! Initially Tom helped us notarize our document. He was very friendly, helpful, and quick! About an hour or so after leaving we realized (our mistake) we wrote the wrong year for what we needed on our document. We knew we had to re-write it all out with the correct year, and go back to get it notarized again, but assumed we would have to pay an additional $10 fee. This time we were met with a notary public named Nova. She was super friendly, once we explained the situation she was quick to inform us she could easily notarize our new document no problem, and at no additional charge! All in all we had a great experience from this store and would definitely recommend to anyone, for all the services a UPS store provides!

Your employee named Nova is the best. She’s very cordial, great personality, and the reason I chose to go to that location for the notary service. I can go across the street and pay nothing but I chose to go there each time because of her. She’s a great ambassador for your company.

The person who assisted me (named Yuri) was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to explain the returns process for me. The store looks really nice and I’m thrilled that they opened a UPS Store in Knightdale. Staff seems great.

Grateful for this store being opened in the Knightdale location! Saves soo much time. A big shout out to Bobby, he was just delightful in his overall service for my notary and shipping needs. Was super patient with my requests which took longer than I expected them to. He was very considerate to spend the time to understand my request and was cool as cucumber, all through!!!
