AT&T Store

Went into this location multiple times! 2 out of the 3 times i’ve been I was assisted by Charlie and would like to give him a great thank you and good review for his awesome character! Well spoken man who provides a great service with a smile and words of affirmation! Another time I was assisted by a lady who was pregnant but I forgot her name. She was also amazing! Though on that day we couldn’t perform any transaction due to a minor inconvenience. All in all this store gets my approval and will be a forever at&t customer.

Also please give these at&t workers all of their rightful discounts back for their convenience and pockets. Lol

I had the best experience at this store with the help of Makenzie! She went out of her way to fulfill every need and question that i had, while maintaining a smile and a positive attitude! Will definitely be back! Amazing service!

I went in to the store to get some information on how and if I could obtain a business phone number without having two phones. I was greeted by Mr. Malcolm and Mr. Daniel. They had the upmost customer service manners, that all customers desire! They answered all my questions and concerns, in which I had quite a few, in a manner that gave me great understanding and comfort for my then, potential purchase. They were professional, patient, courteous, informative and knowledgeable! I recommend, if you have a cellular need, please consider visiting this store and the entire professional and friendliest staff, for a great experience!

I had an issues with my account and Cory was able to assist me. He truly is dedicated to helping his customers. I if he doesn’t know the answer, he will definitely find you one quickly. Highly recommend you see Cory if you want great customer service!!!

Cory L. has been a blessing to me! He has helped me not only with purchasing decisions but has helped me with ongoing support of my products. I am impressed by his knowledge and his willingness to go beyond to make sure I am comfortable with my devices. He is so courteous and friendly; I feel like he cares for me as a person and wants me to be savvy with my tech!

Service was excellent! Great atmosphere! They were able to help me step by step and show me how to navigate through the steps of setting up my phone.

Jarvis gives great customer service, he actually came to my job and set new service. A couple of days later I decided I want a different color phone, he was more than patient with me.
He gave unheard of customer service I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely suggest you look him up if you are looking for new service or an upgrade.

Seth helped us greatly. My husband and I both had issues with full storage on our phones and he was able to help us fix that. Every question we had about upgrading our phones or making changes to our plan he was able to answer. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend. It's nice knowing we have a store right around the corner on Winchester Rd.

Went to the AT&T store for help in getting our new iPhones activated (signed up & bought elsewhere & phones shipped to us). We were greeted by Cory & he was so friendly & extremely helpful! We had also just switched from Verizon to AT&T with the purchase of these phones. He explained how it all works & it took a little time (no fault of his) & got it all figured out for us & phones activated!! While there, we also bought our phone cases! Great store, great service!! So happy we switched to AT&T (coverage so much better too)! Wish we had just gone there to buy the phones in the first place! Highly recommend!

So thankful to have an AT&T store on Winchester Rd! Cory was extremely helpful and kind- even when our needs took him after closing hours. Highly recommend their service at this location. We had a lot of changing around with accounts, and he took it all on without flinching. Thank you so much for the assistance!

CJ was literally the best representative! He was so patient and he came up with a solution for all of my problems! I am very satisfied with my service and if I ever need anything, I will be sure to come back and ask for CJ! He's GREAT!!!

Shakayla at ATT store was fabulously awesome! Not only did she remember me when I came back (for the 2nd time in 2 week time period), she remembered my name! I’m sure she deals with a lot of people every day, so I have to say that’s quite an impressive feat in a customer service industry. The girl knew her stuff, but if it was something random (like the weird questions I ask), she was quick to ask her manager. And she was patient with all those weird questions I ask. Definitely ask for this girl when you go in this store. She’ll make you want to come back!

Okay I just want to brag on AT&T a little bit! My customer service rep was Cory and he was the bomb dot com! I had been on the phone with AT&T customer service + various departments for OVER AN HOUR for two days!! Needless to say I was over it and upset. I finally decided to just go up to the store for help. As soon as I walked in Cory was friendly and helpful. He jumped on the phone and got everything I needed taken care of + some additional jokes! He was so awesome. After about an hour or so of being on the phone and getting everything together, he sent me on my way. Also super shoutout to manager Sony.

Awesome experience! Jarvis was patient and funny and took care of us and even stayed past closing time to finish up our phone upgrade. Cory was awesome and fixed my wife’s phone. Both were professional and pleasant. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with my transaction with the AT&T store on Winchester Road. I ordered my phone online and picked it up in the store. A sales rep greeted me at the door with his mask on. I didn’t have to wait and everything went very smoothly. From beginning to end I was in the store for less than 20 minutes. Very pleasant experience and I would definitely do business with them again.

Akia is so patient and kind and made sure we had all the discounts available to us. We will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her and this AT&T!
