Walmart Supercenter

I sometimes must visit different stores, but eventually I find what I was after. They are good about stocking most of the items I need. I have fun shopping their new products also. Customer service is great also.

This Walmart is always clean and well-stocked. The people who work here are always willing to help. They are efficient in the checkout experience. All in all, this is the best Walmart in the area.

Love Mike, who greets you at the front door. He is so sweet and genuine. This location is clean and typically well stocked.

Christian Bryant is the most helpful customer service person i’ve ever met. I went to walmart to buy some delicious sandwich cookies because I was having a bad day. I took them home and while going upstairs I tripped and the whole container busted open and my cookies were ruined. I was so very upset by this and took some time to calm down. I then went straight back to walmart and when I went to get more cookies, there weren’t any left. That almost sent me over the edge. Deep down I was on the verge of tears. When my hero Christian Bryant came to the rescue. He first empathized with me and understood my pain. I really didn’t feel like a customer. He made me feel like a human being which was nice. After he empathized with me he went to go check in the back for some. It took some time because i assume it was deep digging and even if they didn’t have them I would’ve really appreciated the effort. But he did find them and i was so very grateful. In school they make you write essays about your hero, well, if i could go back i could easily write a 12 page essay on why Christian Bryant was my hero that day. But this review has been long enough. I highly recommend someone promote him to manager because he very clearly cares about his customers.

Went to the Winchester location today to get a few things before the snow comes in; lots of people had the same idea! Store was well stocked and the employees were courteous.

Found everything I needed self checkout was super easy

One Wal-Mart didn't have the one I needed but this was did and they did great on getting everyone checked out in a fast manner.

The store is clean. The produce is fresh. They always have my coffeemate and coconut silk milk on hand. The aisles are kept neat and clear. They have cashiers to check you out or self check. I rarely have to wait long if I need to use the cashier. Since I don't mind self check I usually use it. They have the best ham in the deli you can't get anywhere else, bone-in ham. Like fresh baked.

This Visit was surprisingly well and the Self Checkout lines were great they had more than just one that excepted cash open and the same with the card exceptancing lines for the customers. It always makes my visit for the simple quick shopping buys to get in and out when that is needed when the lanes are available as so. Thanks for the multiple Aisles with cash payments.

The shopping was simple and quick. I went for 3 non-related items but was able to locate them without asking or using the Walmart app. I checked out using the scan registers without a wait or problem. For one item, I added an extended warranty that requires the receipt if there is a claim. The receipt said to scan the bar code in the Walmart app, which was easily done to have the receipt readily available if needed. The whole experience was a good trip. Thanks...Dr. Bill

I really appreciate the services of the Walmart associates online shoppers department they had good customer service and communications skills. I must compliment Violet, Irma, Robert, Sam and Nathan. Well done. Thank you guys so much.

Watch out for floor sweeper guy. It's awkward doing it at ten am with everyone shopping. That's night time job. Very annoying.

Winchester is a great store. The Walmart on Sparkman sucks!!

The wonderful world of boisterous buttcracks and body odor blending bouquet's of bountiful bagette's and butternut squashes, being here brings back memories of the smoke room bellowing clouds at breaktime and becoming hesitant before busily beginning to unload breakpacks because they were always literally broken open. Breaking down boxes and building displays of bubblegum endcaps and bouncy ball cages before the boss bullies me into the boring chore of chasing balloons that have gone rogue blowing around the ceiling. Cleaning bathrooms and gathering buggies before eventually I figured out boss was stealing part of my pay. Being the blundering boy I was I beckoned the regional district manager who went below to my bully of a manager jesse, who had a big ole bouncy lip from bells palsy and low and behold the cash office called me to begin payment of backpay over 4 years. But bully bosses but kissing buddy Tony makes a pregnant girl cry for not stocking air fresheners fast enuff and blames it on me and of course they fired me as retaliation for getting everyone backpay! True story
In retrospect if you work here just know the store manager with the lowest payroll in the region gets a 10k Christmas bonus!

Always love going to Walmart, all employees are exceptionally nice and eager to help locate something or run a price check. Their very friendly and resourceful in a timely efficient way which makes my shopping experiences less stressful especially at time of checkout. I believe the checkout counter is the most critical part of the entire process. And the cashier holds one end of the tightrope with the customer holding the other. If the cashier is having a bad day or just don't like their position could inadvertently shift south faster than one blinks an eye. But for that to take part would totally depend on the customer's character, patience and understanding with perception in mind.

Very clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help locate items.
