Spice & Tea Merchants of Ocean Springs

My daughter and I visited this store over the weekend. I had been before, but it was her first time there. I always enjoy visiting and buying the occasional tea. My daughter is a bigger tea drinker than I am and so she felt as though she had hit the mother load, lol. She left there with a big bag of tea, spices, and some specialty olive oil. She is already looking forward to her next visit!! I bought a 1 oz bag of the Circle of Life tea. It smells incredible and tastes amazing! We both would highly recommend the Spice & Tea Merchants!!

This is a beautiful specialty shop. They have a broad selection of teas and spices of all forms, along with their own oils and vinegars. They even have easy premixed bags that you can just pour into a pot. Fernando was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the prices are very good for what you are getting. Especially if you're getting specialty oils, you'll pay the same if not more at a supermarket. The quality is phenomenal and anything in the shop works great as a gift or for spicing up your own cooking. I would strongly encourage you to buy your teas, spices, and oils from here rather than the supermarket. If you're looking for something in particular, the owner is more than happy to help! Overall an excellent experience with good prices, high quality, and friendly owner. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome selection. Pebbles and I both love the owner and staff. Me because I get yummy tea and her because she gets loves and a dog treat or two. Yes store and staff are very dog friendly. Highly recommend

The ladies were attentive and nice. They did not have long pepper, but everything else you could ask for. Wonderful selection. I will be back!

Update: They actually ordered long pepper... Not only that, but they are willing to mix teas and spices to get you what you want. That being said, their premixed selection is fairly extensive. This place is worth a look.

Have little to no knowledge of teas, but the employee there got me exactly what I wanted. I also bought some of their suggested teas, which were also delicious. If you are looking to getting into teas or already are, this is the spot to get your fix.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I absolutely would! I have bragged about them to just about everyone I know that’s loves tea or are looking for specific spices. The Dewy Cherry herbal tea is a must try!

Amazing selection and super friendly staff!! Picked up a lavender peach tea and black truffle sea salt. Absolutely recommend checking them out :)

I always love coming to the tea shop when I'm in Ocean Springs. They have a wonderful selection of loose leaf teas and an assortment of other spices. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is excellent.

Amazing supply of spices that cannot be picked up anywhere else on the coast. The assortment of teas is also diverse and pleasant. I was delighted to see them because I have been drinking these teas for years and having to buy them online or when out of town on trips. Now I can pick them up here in our own neighborhood!
This is a fantastic store for gift buyers and to stock your own supply of necessities in the kitchen. I love it and I think if you like great spices you will too.

Outstanding shop! My daughter and I love tea and cooking, so we were excited to check it out. The shop and its proprietors, Stephanie and Fernando, far exceeded our expectations. They spent time getting to know us, and we really enjoyed getting to know them as well. They have any spice or tea you could possibly want. I was thrilled with their selection and look forward to trying everything I possibly can. Beautiful shop with beautiful owners!

You have to check this shop out, even if you aren't looking for a unique tea blend!!! Soooo many spices!!! Very friendly and informative staff!! Second time shopping there, totally worth the 80 mile drive!!

I went to a tea class here and tried some different teas they sell. The experience was very cool and informative. They have a very wide variety of spices and teas as well as coffee and tea accessories.

Lovely shop and owner! There was lots of loose tea and spices to pick from. The owner was willing to ship to us directly as well. Love it! Very good.
