AT&T Store

The atmosphere is always pleasant and has a vibrant vibe! My store rep Daimon and store manager Avery were very helpful and patient. My experience was excellent! Thank you for making this an amazing experience with bundling my AT&T services.💖

Milton, Leigh and Avery, are the people who all need a raise! Leigh, because not only was she patient, and friendly, but she worked it out with Avery to get my husband the phone that should have been ordered in the first place. Then when we returned to pick up the correct phone, Leigh and Avery were busy. We had spoken to Milton on a previous visit, friendly and personable. He not only helped us with the exchange/ return of wrong phone for correct phone. He also took the time to transfer apps, photos and the like. I forgot to give him the pass code to the account. He even called on Saturday morning to finish the return with the old phone, saving us quite a bit of money. He even apologized for calling so early, it wasnt that early, lol. He is the epitome of customer service. Please give Milton, Leigh, and Avery our sincere thanks, and appreciation, and a raise!

I absolutely love this location. I worked with Jamarez and he made the experience really easy for me. He explained everything and was very transparent about what was included in everything I was getting. I will only be going to this location from now on and if Jamarez is there I will be working with him!

This AT&T store has come through for me twice now and this visit was no exception. My son's phone had the video screen flame-out of death happen as were shopping for Father's Day. I took him to this store, which was right in the middle of the shopping area. He was grinning ear-to-ear as our new Salesperson, a super nice young lady, hooked him up with an iPhone 15 (Pro-Max?), applied a screen protector, (with no bubbles! Yayee!), a protective case and insurance; all in about 15 minutes. Her service was excellent and she answered all the questions a 15-year-old could throw at her. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Great job!!!

Leigh and Avery were awesome,kind,patient and so very helpful to me with my phone and my mothers. They helped me with a situation that had me very upset.Explained everything to me and so patient.They are an asset to your company.I really appreciate them so much.

Avery helped me get my child’s first ever phone to move past Apple setting screens on a new device activation. Literally worked his sweet magic and helped resolve our issue within 5 minutes. He was kind and communicated clearly (even told my baby happy birthday) .. att needs more ppl like Avery! Best experience we’ve ever had at ATT (and I’ve been a customer since 2006) xx

Leigh immediately greeted us at the door and began helping with my dad's phone that had quit working. Although she was unable to get the phone to work, she worked with us to get an insurance claim filed and verified that a replacement phone was being shipped to us. She also reviewed my bill with me to help make it better fit my needs. Overall, this was the best experience I've ever had in an AT&T store.

Avery was helpful, knowledgeable, prompt with each question, kind and definitely deserves his flowers for everything he helped me with today!

I recently visited this location and although they were busy the people are nice and knowledgeable. I worked with Jamarez and he was very helpful I had a very pleasant experience.

Jasmine was wonderful and helpful with my needs. She walked me through my bill and explained in detail. Her personality makes you want to upgrade without question. She is a great access to AT&T and I will come back for her assistance!

I love coming to this store. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming. This last visit, Damian assisted me. I genuinely appreciated his patience, despite the fact that I came in like 40 minutes before closing!! LOL!

Brittani and Avery were extremely helpful and very attentive to the smalls details. This made the experience an enjoyable one. I know if I have any needs in the future I will certainly be back.

Going to the phone store can sometimes feel like going to the DMV. You’re waiting long hours on an uncomfortable chair just to stand next to the person who works there that stares at a screen the whole time with no people skills who doesn’t talk and works in silence.

This AT&T experience was not that.

I worked with Jawun at the Flowood location to get my old iPhone upgraded. He was awesome. Very personable gentleman. He was kind, patient, very helpful, and made the time there enjoyable. The kind of person you meet and feel like you’ve known him for years. He set me up with a new phone quickly, and made sure everything was backed up and transferred over perfectly to my new phone. He even took the time to make sure my Apple Watch was linked up and working before I left. Just an all around great example of customer service!

Great customer service. Brittani and Avery provided great customer and was very helpful and put a smile on my face.

Jelon and Demetris really helped me out today. They answered all my questions and provided me with a great experience. I enjoyed the professional help and the conversation. Highly recommend!

Jeff (Flowood, MS) was absolutely amazing!! He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked, including detailed information on three (3) separate phones. (I chose the Razr in sage green).
He explained my bill, auto payments, and future options for upgrades, insurance, and operator technicalities.
He was very transparent but polite about my liability if I opted out of insurance, so there would be no misunderstandings.
I have been an AT&T customer for years, and they never disappoint!
