It is hard to keep from over buying at Michaels. There are so many wonderful crafting items, holiday items and more. Prices are great with the 40% off on holiday decor.

Had all the items I needed at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Got there early. Very helpful personnel. Good sales. Not crowded at all. And only nine days till Christmas.

I called Michael's to see if they carried a certain item, I was in great need of! As soon as I arrived, I asked what area it was in. The lovely, helpful young cashier immediately directed me and I was on way in a few minutes. They have great coupons as well!
It was quick, pleasant, and the price was well worth a great product!
I will be back to this Texas Michael's!

They almost always have what I'm looking for and most of the employees are very helpful.

You also have to be quick when they get small paper flowers in - they don't get many & they sell out quick! You also can't order them all you can get is whatever you are quick enough to grab!

Overall I would say it was a great experience. Last time I was there they were out of alot of stuff and the manager was not helpful at all. But the other employees are great and very friendly. I just like to go to talk to the tall friendly gentlemen that check me out. Some of the staff make it great to shop there!

There is older woman that usually works as a cashier and she is just the sweetest person! I love seeing her, she is very helpful and has the sweetest voice and demeanor. I will have to get her name next time I go. She make it a wonderful experience. The other employees are very helpful and nice as well, the one though, she really stands out!

I wanted to thank everyone for holding the black buttons for Santa before he got there to purchase them. He brought me his suite and buttons to sew them on, on time for Santa to spread cheer. Thank you Michael's in granbury!!

Wide variety of crafting materials, home decor. Very frequent sales, 10% discount for senior citizens. I visited the store for the first time last week in order to buy a floral arrangement to put in a life-size cowboy boot, which I already owned. I was wanting to give it as a birthday gift for a very special lady. I asked a staff member for help, she immediately stopped what she was doing and took charge. I left the store extremely satisfied

There is ALWAYS so much to explore at Michael's!! I'm really into crafts and loving anything floral right now, and Michael's has surprised me with how inexpensive some of my favorite flowers are! The staff is very friendly and super helpful, and the hours are excellent!! Big 5 star rating from me!!!!!

We love Michaels! There is always something new to look at and cafts the make out of things. The customer service here is always great, we tend to go later in the evening and its never busy. I never have once seen an employee on their phone while I'm shopping, that is very rare at most places.

Katrina & Bethany at Granbury were absolutely wonderful! They were so kind and patient and worked with us on custom framing. We have more pictures to frame and we will definitely be going back for all of them!

I don't live in Granbury. I live in Dallas. I deliver to Grandbury periodically . It is always my last stop. I always have to stop and shop at Michael's! This store is so clean. The employees are always happy AND GLAD TO ASSIST. Everytime I have ever been to this store(at least once a month for over a year) When I ask a question or need assistance? I always feel like they go above and beyond! EVERYTIME! It is so refreshing!
I hope the locals realize how lucky they are.

We absolutely love this store. The staff are kind and helpful. One of our bags had gotten left behind and mixed up, but a few employees immediately started searching and took great care of us!

We had a birthday party for my daughter there yesterday and it was so much fun! Such great crafts. I think the craft leader's name was Jessica and she did so awesome with our huge group. Will definitely do again!!!

I would not ordinarily rate a place so high the first time I visit it but I was pleasantly surprised that they had everything in stock and the discount was great as well but what made this visit so fantastic was the cashier, Elaine. She was so kind, helpful and professional it made my visit alot of fun and I'll visit again.

I love this store and its employees as well. Everyone is nice and helpful. It's not as big as I would like but I always manage to find more than enough anyways!
