Awesome Customer Service from FAITH WALKER. Fast / Friendly / Experience and was a pleasure to deal with. She got me in and out the door as efficiently as possible and fixed / answered all my problems.

This is THE BEST AT&T store & staff I've ever dealt with, in 30-plus years of dealing with cell phone reps. My AT&T account was a MESS when I first moved to Granbury in 2021, and I came to this store for help. The then-manager and an associate named Baylee both took the time to help me get it straight - and we're talking about 12 hours over a course of 3 days.

Now, it turns out the former manager left and Baylee, who'd already been promoted to Assistant Manager, is now Manager of this store. Baylee KNOWS what good customer service is all about, and her staff reflects that. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait for someone to help - but realize, like many other businesses, this store is short-staffed at times, and if you're waiting it's because the associate is giving their full attention to the person they're working with - just like they will to YOU when they get to you.

Top notch staff. When you go in, tell them Chuck sent you :)

In the last week I have been in twice and have received outstanding service both times! Danna is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me, not once, but twice with setting up my kiddos new iPads.
Not kidding, I use to dread going to an AT&T store, but not anymore. Customer service truly is so important and this store has it! Thanks again!

My latest experience at the AT&T store was great. I was greeted immediately upon entry and helped by multiple associates. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and I loved the experience. The team at the Granbury store off Hwy 377 are an example of fantastic customer service! Thank you guys so much for caring about your customer’s experience!

Our store Rep Taylor needs to be given a medal! Very polite, helpful, listened to all our needs and had us in and out quickly! He needs to train all associates and reps in our area as to proper customer care and service.
