Very good customer service a gentleman helped us out at the very last minute of closing he helped activate our new phone and provided good customer service he was closing the store and he saw that we showed up but were leaving and he opened the door to help us out we left happy and satisfied with the service we were given we got the phone back working Thank You

I purchased two phones on Saturday I've had an account with you for numerous years the counter man helped me tremendously I have problems I couldn't figure it out I came back Sunday and he was more than helpful and even said if I need more help anytime come back thank you very much just wanted to show what a good employee you have and I would recommend your service and availability to everybody that I know thank you Craig Valente

Marcus was so extremely helpful, personable, friendly, and knowledgable. He exceeded all expectations. Whenever I need to go into a metro store I will be sure to go to this Elkridge, MD store where Marcus works! Highly recommend giving Marcus a raise!

Great customer Service, the guy Name Marcus is the guy to see he knows a lot about phones, also honest person and will guide you of whats best for you, not like other stores i have visited that are so rude and unwillingly to help and rip off.
