I see the reviews here are awful. But my review today is about HONESTY. The lady today was so honest. My husband won 40 on the lottery and left without his winnings. So we had to go back a little later. This Lady saved the money and stapled the reciept to it. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH. HONESTY IS THE KEY!!!!

The people that post bad reviews about this store do not come here often and must have been having a bad day themselves. This is my favorite store. I will not go to any other business. The staff is always are professional and make you feel welcome. Do not let anyone having a bad day writing bad reviews on every place they go to prevent you from coming here first. See for yourself!!

Pumps work great, and the price is the same for cash or card, but there are a lot of people milling around. Doesn't give off the safest vibe.

Came to get gas, paid at the pump . Pump wouldn’t pump gas. I went inside to talk to cashier bcs they took my money though out of my back account. She told me there nothing they can do and call a bank. Meanwhile they still took my money. Terrible place.

Number one this place is a dumb number two. It’s dirty number three. The customer service is terrible number four if you’re planning on using a debit card plan on making a five dollar purchase or purchase what you need and grab a bunch of stuff that you have no intention of needing so that you can make a five dollar transaction and not be nickel and dime by their idiomatic procedure of charging $.25 for transactions using debit or credit cards under five dollars. This place needs to grow up. Save your money your time, and your health, go across the street to QT. I don’t have a single good thing to say about this place other than the lights are on. But I imagine if they continue these terrible business practices, including nickel and diming their customers at the register, they can expect more of the same. They are taking advantage of people, and this should not be allowed. Do not frequent this business or even visit. A $.25 silly charge that they could’ve easily paid or not even bothered charging your customers his cost them one customer, me, and I hope more than anything it continues to cost them more. if you look back at the history of the reviews, you will find one star reviews as long as four years ago. The management at this location has no intentions of making any changes. They are clearly the type of business people, and I use that phrase lately, who take up shopping on location pray on the week, absorbs much money in every single way possible while in the meantime, leading the structure, go to complete garbage then when it’s about ready to fall over, they moved to another location and do it again.

First let me say I COME HERE OFTEN! Today I received an alert from my bank that my card was charged twice. I came here to rectify the situation because this isn’t the first time something like this happened. The first time I was over charged and the women tried to get me to grab more things instead of just refunding the money I was over charged! This second time around they doubled charged my card , which is the weirdest thing because I ONLY SWIPED MY CARD ONCE which tells me they’re doing some under handed stuff! I called the cops because they refused to rectify the situation and the cop told me HE’s ALWAYS CALLED THERE FOR THAT VERY REASON!!! So that just confirmed they are doing something under handed. Do not trust their card reader!!! If u have to go USE CASH ALWAYS!! And make sure u check your receipt!!

Most diagusting ppl/mgr ever! Pump was going up as if gas was coming out yet NO gas was. I have evidence videos yet the lady inside said she couldnt physically ck it. She calles the apparent mgr & he was so disrespectful onthe phone. I have him as well onthe audio. This will be escalated. They shouldve been helpful some what yet instead did NOTHING!!!!!! Do NOT get gas or anything here!

The staff and apparently the management as well are very unorganized. It’s such an inconsistency with service at this location. There is always someone new on staff. I rented a UHaul twice and both times there was an issue with the pick up and return. I had to return the truck with half a tank and there wasn’t ANY regular gas. It was only 9am in the morning. Too early to be sold out. That told me it was low the night before. You would assume they would have had someone scheduled to fill them up first thing in the morning. I was unable fill the tank. The employee then told me to take a pic and they would charge me based off the pic and or to go to QuikTrip to fill up and come back. I was so beside myself with those options. Long story short I got charged 3 bucks for gas and not a penny more.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do not spend your money there. It’s a guy that works there that name starts with a “T”. Will be calling corporate to have him removed. He was disrespectful to two customers and Uhaul customer service representatives. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY NOR TIME THERE! I’d give this place zero starts but google trying to be nice.

They say they can perform services that they cannot. Do not do any business here. If you must, I guess the gas is legit because it is Chevron brand. However, if you have a problem with the gas contact Chevron immediately! No telling what lengths these guys will go to to rip someone off.

Gas is leaking from the pump handle. They are aware and will be replacing eventually. Be careful to not get gas on yourself. Bathroom is Out of Order.
