Publix Super Market at Shops at Walnut Creek

I've been 3 times so far & it is great for the neighborhood! Wonderful service!

Went to this publix for the first time today and every one was so nice and helpful.

I had a great experience today. I found everything I needed and everyone spoke including management.

Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Everything was in stocks and vegetables and fruits looked fresh. Love it.

Everyone here is nice and respectful! The pharmacy is efficient and the pharmacists are both knowledgeable!

This was my first time at the store and it’s nice. I was greated at the register and offered to assist with groceries. I did smell a stench when you come in the store. Brought it to the Managers attention and she didn’t smell it. 🤷🏾‍♀

Nope! I used to work at Publix, in my day we were taught to speak to every customer that comes in our path. I walked by 4 employees, only 1 spoke. This Publix is brand new and they already aren’t giving good service, and sadly, it’s not just this Publix, the service has gone down for all of them. I still decided to give this one a chance. I gave an extra star for them having self checkout.

I walked in the vestibule and was immediately met with an undesirable stench. It filled the entire store. Like unwashed boy's locker room mixed with rotten fish. I approached management, and the man just said, "Oh well, I can't smell it." You expect a brand new establishment to smell fresh. I have no reason to shop at a store that doesn't care what it smells like, and I was looking forward to the subs and fried chicken.

If you're white go in expecting horrible service that way you won't be disappointed because it will happen.
