Couldn't disagree anymore with some of the comments posted below, I've been shopping at the store since 1996 and the owner is extremely kind and knowledgeable, as with every different franchise store some prices lower and some higher for products. I'll continue to support local businesses like this one.

Owner was very friendly and helpful in helping me find a supplement. Store is clean and well lit.

Store is full of unopened boxes for one which is probably why they never have any available inventory. Items priced $20+ to where you can typically find them. Items placed in a $59.99 area when they are actually $94.99. Pulled up an ad that said “gnc live well exclusive” and the lady had no clue what I was talking about and then tried to sell me on something I didn’t even ask for.

I honestly never really take the time to write negative reviews but my experience here this week was so bizarre and unbelievable. I saw on the GNC site that there are many items currently BOGO 50% off. The site let me select this store location to do same day pickup. Because I wanted to see what else they had, I decided to come into the store before finishing my order. When I noticed no advertisements for the sale I asked and was told that they wouldn't honor the sale price! Furthermore, I said ok & I asked about just checking out through the website and picking up, and I was told that even if I clicked buy on the site, they would refuse my sale and not honor the discount!! How in the world does that make sense?? I had over $200 worth of items I was ready to buy and was denied.

I would give this location a negative 5 star review if I could.i went to this location and the owner has the worst customer service I have seen in my whole life . After paying for some items I had went back to buy more stuff and the owner had told me “ why you didn’t pay for all the items together and why u trying to make another transaction “ even though I’m trying to give him business he was very rude and was telling me how much stores he owns and how he’s been working for 30 years. Extremely rude and I’m never going back to this location ever again. Bad service plus a rude owner plus high prices don’t waste your time going here find another location and save your time and money !

Don’t go here!! They overcharge you for things you can get cheaper online. The guy there will tell you it’s $69 online and that he’s taking $15 off for you and you only have to pay $54. That’s BS. When I’m reality the price online is $49 and shipping is like and he says they will charge you $15 for shipping. So “he’s doing you a favor” and that’s not even the case because I order the same thing online for $49 and I didn’t pay shipping. Just to get a few $$$$ more. I’m never going here again!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. Besides over charging, management refuse to accept any returns. They will ask that you go to the Mall of GA location for any returns. Don't waste your time supporting a store that don't respect your business.

Poor customer service, overpriced, and very limited selection. Vitamin Shoppe is alot cheaper. Bought a 5lb ON Whey from here for $74.99 and found it at VS for $54.99. They got me this time.

The GNC website clearly states that stores will match a certain competitors in-store/online prices, but the owner of this GNC will not honor this. He told me he has been in the business over 25 years and those online prices are a scam. DO NOT go here if you plan on price matching. GNC stores are a dime a dozen, and I won’t be going back here.

Items are inceedibly overpriced and the employees will blatantly lie to you in order to attempt to convince you that you are getting a good deal when in reality they are ripping you off. Find a different GNC location to shop at.

I came to this store and asked them if they do price match and they guy said NO! I bought on others store and they always price match the product

Don't go here, WAY over priced. And the "owner" guy will argue with you and say all sorts of bs.
