I didn't know buying appliances was so easy & so close to home. Dropped by Friday before closing. Andy was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about the products as well as talking me through all the specific questions I had about my particular needs. Got dimensions, went back Saturday & chose the refrigerator I wanted right from the floor. Monday lunchtime ... Andy & George just delivered my new refrigerator a few minutes ago. Again, they have great customer service. My only regret is I didn't already have my oven picked out so they could've delivered it at the same time.

I needed a new push lawn mower and upon googling what I needed a Craftsman came up. I found it available today at this Sears Hometown Store, Danielsville, Ga., a few miles from my home. I went there, Andy was kind enough to take the mower out of the box and get it all set up for me to use. As a widow living alone, this was extremely helpful for me.
