Me and my brother came in an talked with Kenny, he was so knowledgeable! I'm so glad I picked the right shop. I just moved back to Huntsville a few months ago an needed to find a shop that was going to be helpful and I did! Ask for Kenny he is the best, an I do believe he needs a raise

Tim is the man for builds. He set me up great on my mec mod. He is on the parkway near Bob Wallace. Kenny is super knowledgeable and also at the Bob Wallace store. Kelly is amazing and knowledgeable and is at the parkway hazel green store. Always great customer service and has everything you need for your vaping habits

Superior customer service - their top priority - IMHO! Staff is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. This shop is not just about making a sale. Not pushy. They take the time to answer questions, explain products, explain step by step use of products, and make recommendations based on an individual’s needs, experience level, and likes/dislikes. Staff care about ensuring customers are receiving maximum value from quality products for most efficient and effective use - best Bang for your Buck. Staff consults other staff to assist, if needed. Staff always ensures customer satisfaction before they leave the store. By far, best overall Vape Shop in Madison County. You will not be disappointed!!!

Kenny was the most helpful person I’ve had at any store. Every question I had was answered and even the questions I didn’t think of. I am truly amazed by the excellence of him and this shop. Great prices and people all around.

Update: I am updating this review after having been contacted by the owner. I would like to state for the record that I was not asked or had it even suggested that the owners wanted me to change the review, I find it very sketchy when places do that and Kickn did not. I feel that the owner that I spoke to took the customer service experience seriously understanding that this was 3 separate bad experiences and we had a very good conversation. This is more in line with the experience I typically receive from the staff at this store. I have also come back in since writing the original review and had a good experience with every employee that I interacted with. I am leaving the original review as it is accurate to the experience that I had, but I felt it was important to also include that the people in charge do care about their customers and don’t want them to have any kind of poor experiences. I normally really enjoy coming to this location, but I’ve started having some problems with a specific employee every time I come in and work with him. I’ve had one interaction where he pushed me into a nicotine flavor that was supposed to be similar to what I usually use, but after talking to 3 other people in the store they said that they never would have recommended it since they are nothing close to each other at all. The person had really pushed me to buy it and made me feel uncomfortable after I had already tried to say no. In another occasion he pushed coils that were different from my normal. On that day I was having a really bad day and couldn’t remember what I used. I asked 3 separate times if he could look up the order history and he refused and decided which coils I needed for me and sent me in my way. Today was my third interaction with him where he again was very confrontational when I asked him to look up my order history, he lied to me and told me that order history isn’t saved, and after I said I would just go somewhere else decided THEN that he would look up the history, argued with me some more about our last interaction, and in general just made me really uncomfortable. Im definitely not coming back in on Sundays since that’s when he seems to be working, and honestly I’m starting to think about finding a different location just to avoid having to deal with this employee.

The ONLY place we get our vape essentials and CBD needs. The staff is amazing and always incredibly nice and helpful. Always nice seeing Tim & the crew! Not to mention their new expansion is beautiful and so inviting! If you haven’t been and you vape you need to check them out! They even have pet essentials to calm and help in other areas!

Awesome selection and employee's are very knowledgeable and nice. Very clean store, this will definitely be my store from now on.

Wonderful customer service and are always helpful. I wish they kept my preferred juice in better stock, but that is not the fault of the employees working the counter. If the owner reads this, please keep Mrkt Plce pineapple peach dragonberry iced non-steeped (orange colored when steeped, clear when purchasable) in stock.

I was in town for one night and needed a new pod for the vaporesso. Popped in to what I assumed was a small store, hoping they had what I needed. I was immediately greeted warmly and assisted. The associate/owner(?) was very knowledgeable and even made me aware of a new pod product. I saw a brand of juices I don’t normally see around my hometown so he read out the flavors for me and helped me pick something I liked. Vape stores sometimes get a bad wrap because it’s usually the associates’ first job in retail. These folks are knowledgeable about the industry and ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. I won’t go to any other store when I’m in town.

Edit: it’s funny I wrote my review before reading the others. Helpful, knowledgeable, and great product selection seem to be the common theme and I couldn’t agree more.

The best Vape Shop in the state!!! Very knowledgeable, very friendly and very affordable. KMHV is a great place to find rare items and they have an absolutely MASSIVE juice selection.

Great place, they get to know their regulars and always remember your discounts, and what you want before you have to tell them. They also helped me switch from the Kangvape as flavors changed to the Cali bars in the frozen lush flavor. Best vape I’ve had honestly and lasts forever

Staff always greets everyone as soon as they walk in, no matter how busy the store is. It’s a small thing, but since each customer can take a while to get set up, being acknowledged upon entry turns waiting to be helped into hanging out in your freindly neighborhood vape shop.
The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. When it’s your turn, you get expert advice, and aren’t rushed through just to make a sale.
The variety of mods, coils, liquids, etc. available is as top notch as the people running the shop. I recommend this store without any hesitation.

Update:
The employees at KMH continue to impress withe their product knowledge, courtesy, and efficiency. It is clear that the people behind the counter enjoy being there, and appear at ease even when they are busy. Although you CAN get in and out quickly, the atmosphere gives it a great destination shopping vibe. Be warned: you may think you are window shopping, but the selections is such that you WILL find what you did not know you were looking for. They will work within your budget to set you up with a vape that works for your #EveryDayCarry.
