The store is a great place to shop! Especially if you have their rewards card. The products are high quality and the staff is very helpful. There's handicap parking and handicap bathrooms. You can buy quality cookware fancy crystal shoes, clothing so much more!

I went looking for a dress and Sylvia was very nice and helped me with the app. I got three bargains today. I also was looking for a job and the guy at the front door said they are hiring now. I went in for one thing and came out with four. Bargains early during the holiday season. I usually don't shop in the mall but I will because of the app and discounts.

I was in the Parkway Place Belk, Huntsville, Al and met two very kind and helpful young men employees. Both worked in the men’s department. As I was leaving I unnoticingly dropped my bank card, and a young employee named Andres got my attention went over and picked it up and said you dropped this. I am so thankful to him and just wanted to let Belk know my experience in their store on yesterday was beyond my expectation and the kind individuals that waited on me yesterday will cause me to return, do more shopping, and recommend them to others.

Amazing Shoe department. The young man assisting us was a perfect customer representative. By this I mean not overly enthusiastic to be annoying, but attenti e enough to assist those who had finally find the perfect shoe to try-on. I know it was busy too. 65% off clearance and wi.en flooding the area.

I only wish I could remember his name. Very clean cut young man with braids. He knew his stock and sizes. He even found a shoe being tried on elsewhere and said "Got it it was on the other side but the didn't buy it. Amazingly attentive without pressuring buyers to purchase just to sell something. Kind and gave opinion only when asked.

I can always find something great at Belk. Belk not only has a great selection of merchandise, but they also have great sales. They have a great selection of merchandise for ladies for special occasions, dresses, pants, and tops. They have a nice men's department too.

Good sales the day I was there. Every employee was attentive to me whether it was perfume, clothes or shoes. I layed my phone down while looking and forgot where I left it. Every employee in the vicinity and every customer helped me find my phone. Go to Belk. You will not regret it.

I actually went with a friend who was returning an on line purchase. The transaction took about 30 seconds. The clerk scanned the receipt and immediately handed a new receipt saying, "It will be credited to your card." I was totally impressed by the lack of questions and the friendliness of the transaction!

I went there a couple of days ago, and the girl “Isis” helped me so much she was so polite and made sure i felt welcomed and found everything okay, any questions i had she was pleased to answer.

Belk is my weakness. The deals there are fantastic. I always find what I'm looking for (and then some). I must say the Parkway Place location has gone downhill. The Bridge Street location is a much better shopping experience.

Dori went out of her way last weekend at closing to help our newly adopted granddaughter find skirts with built shorts. No one at either Belk stores would help her or my husband until we ran in to Dori. She went above and beyond and stayed late! Thank you!

We moved to the area from Illinois and was nice to see a good old fashioned department store without ridiculous prices. This brings back memories of going to mall when I was younger. The extra bonus is they carry my sizes! I am 6'7" tall so it's always a chore to find clothes that fit. Belk is the only place that consistently has my stuff in stock.

The best by far of Belks shopping place. Unlike my hometown Belks, this has wonderful customer service people. That are eager to assist you
