The UPS Store

We went into this location on a busy Saturday afternoon to have a legal document executed. The document was quite lengthy and required two witnesses. I must say, the staff was very patient, professional and efficient. They ensured the each page was signed and witnessed as required and made the process very smooth. I would recommend this store anytime a notary is needed as we were extremely satisfied with the service provided.

I had a wonderful opportunity to be serviced by both Felicia and Kay at your UPS location in Eastpoint. Both of these ladies were five star customer service service representative. They were a wealth of information and got me in and out very quickly. I think it’s super important to give positive feedback when you have a positive experience and if there is anything you all can do to reward these two ladies it would be amazing even if it means highlighting them have the next meeting or using them as an example of five star customer service is like.

The UPS store makes it easy for me to return my items. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to use UPS as their shipping source!

The customer service here is excellent! I ship packages from here on special occasions. They are very friendly and masterfully pack my items so nothing gets damaged. Although the lines can get long during the holidays, they get everyone in and out pretty quickly. It's always a great experience.

Yes, this location can be busy. But I ship all my packages from this location. Comvient and good customer service. The agents are polite and helpful. Shanika went above, and beyond to assist me when I made a packaging mistake. I really appreciated her patience and help.

Jacob went above and beyond to assist me. He apparently fully understands what true customer service means!! Bravo!!

I arrived late at the store, the store was close I was sad I would have to wait until tomorrow to receive my package. When I went inside to check my P.O. Box God sent a blessing…Felicia! Felicia did after hours service and I was able to get my package I’ve been waiting to come for days, great customer service from a great UPS team member thank you much for all your help!

Best UPS Store ever! These people know how to do their job. Professional and trained, I was in and out in minutes. Wish all UPS Stores were like this one. The star workers who helped me several times were Rashonda & Shinika. Always with a smile and positive attitude. The entire atmosphere of the store was top notch - watched a male employee train and direct another with efficiency I haven't seen since I was in the military. Instructions were clear, concise, and reason why they do the task that way. No condescending tones. Y'all winners!

Korey was a very professional courteous individual. I was having a hard time shipping and they were extremely busy and regardless of that he continued to take his time and was very diligent. This guy is definitely an asset to the ups brand

I run a small business and receive a lot of mail, the crew at this location has been nothing but thoughtful, diligent and helpful while I was using the PMB service there. I had to change UPS locations since I’ve moved and I really wish I could’ve taken them with me😭 they work so hard and always greet me with a smile when I came in, even if they were swamped with work…Yall better give them a raise with all the nonsense they put up with!!

I enjoy going to this UPS location. Everyone's so helpful and provide the best customer service at all times. I've witnessed so not so nice customers, but the manager and team members have always been polite and professional. Excellent customer service from this UPS Store.

UPS at Campcreek. The staff at this location is highly professional and friendly. They always make sure that I receive the highest level of customer service. Nicey, Felicia, Shinika, Myia, Shelina, Tierra, Iesha, Takyah, and Shandria have always taken pride in providing exceptional customer service. It is a pleasure doing business with this UPS location.

I’ve been going to this store for a few years and had problems (customer service, long wait, inaccurate info). This was my best visit. The line was out the door but one agent came and helped people in line while another agent took return packages. Shout out to Javarius for his excellent service. So glad to see things getting better at this UPS store.

I had a great experience this evening 08/02 I believe people need to start looking at how hard they are working in that store. I had amazing customer service and got to experience the great teamwork they had. Shoutout to Felicia Turner,spade,jass and Michael. I might of spelled names wrong but whoever worked 08/02 was amazing!!! I came at 6:30pm.

A few weeks ago I went to this location (July 26, 2021). The young woman who helped me was patient and kind. She had to repack and ship four boxes for me. She took her time and carefully packed each box. I am grateful for her assistance. I wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend this UPS store.
