My car battery had been having numerous problems, and while driving home from a road trip it suddenly gave out. I went to the closest AutoZone (this location), and Carlton made the entire process of getting a new battery and replacing it so smooth! He was quick, friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond with giving me tips on other things I should keep an eye out for on my car! He made sure my car was in its best condition before finishing my trip, and I would highly recommend going to this location because of his excellent service!

I needed my battery replaced. Mr. Carlton was so helpful with getting my battery replaced promptly. I believe his name was Josh he was also very helpful with the day before with doing my diagnostic so that I knew my battery was the issue. Great team working here at this location.

There was a Young Man Mr Charleston that works there, HE really Was Awesome with Assisting me with items I needed, returns, lost item, and just His Smile and Warm ❤😇. I really needed an Awesome Representative and He is The Man. Auto Zone you have Great Staff and Thanks Everyone

Went into the store on 12/11 because I was having battery issues. Was able to get my battery tested and attempted to change it before I had to purchase a new one. The Customer Service was great wish i had gotten the other employee’s name. But Carlton was able to change my battery for me with no problem at all. I highly recommend going to this location.

When i say Great customer services, yes Mr Carlton and his entire crew at the Ole National Auto Zone are definitely 5 stars.
My daughter Catrice convinced me to go there and Im so glad i took her advice.

The manager is always helpful. He tightened my battery cable and is always patient and willing to go the extra mile to help. I drive to get to Old National no matter where I am because I know they are looking out for their customers.

Each time I've gone to this location this week, I've gotten great Customer Service from D.A. and Ralph. Ralph was awesome! He helped me with my purchase and assisted with my car. He also has a good way of making customers feel comfortable and understood. D.A. helped once with pricing and locating parts. Great Team!!

Great location and staff! Came in to get my battery checked, I was immediately greeted when I walked through the door by Eshamel. He jumped right in and checked out my battery and offered to run a full system test as I told him I was going out of town. He was very pleasant, fast and informative. Customer service experience was a 10 out of 10. Will be back. Thanks again

A life saver, Manger and assistance Manger, Christmas Eve 2020 raining snowing cold and my windshield wipers go out. Yup, you guess it. They went out in that mess with a smile and help me get back on the road. Merry Christmas and Thank you Old National Auto Zone .
