During our recent stay near Monte Sano campground, I had the pleasure of visiting the Lowe's store to address an urgent RV repair. As a veteran, I have always appreciated Lowe's commitment to offering a 10% discount to veterans, making it my go-to home improvement store.

The particular task at hand involved fixing a broken drawer slide in our RV, and Lowe's came to the rescue. The store's well-organized layout made locating the necessary heavy-duty slides a breeze. Not only did they have the required items in stock, but the quality and reasonable prices reaffirmed why Lowe's is my preferred choice for home improvement needs.

Great prices on products. I genuinely prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, although it sometimes depends on the product.

Went today looking at their pre-emergent and weed killers. Good selection!

For a long time it seems like Lowe’s had started to decline in quality as a business overall. I went to this branch today and was helped by all of the knowledgeable employees and the prices here were great. Five stars!

Lowe's is always my 1st choice when shopping for appliances. A big shout out to Miss Cynthia. She assisted us with the purchase of an upright freezer. She is professional, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Also, a big thanx to Steve. Both are wonderful to work with.

I have no qualms with the service here. I ordered from across town for pick up. They were helpful and had my item.

Great for every home improvement project. This is often our first stop when planning and executing our home repairs or upgrades. Their garden center is always beautiful and well stocked with everything for our yard. Thankful for the helpful staff there as well!

Always have great luck going to our local north parkway Lowes, they always have what we need in stock and staff is really great.

4/27/22 went to get a bag of soil, and while I was there to check the clearance flowers. If you can get clearance flowers and especially perrinials always do that. While I was there they put all clearance flowers on sale for 1$ each. I was so estatic... I was like a fat kid in a candy store happy 😊 😃 lol. So I racked up on some clearance flowers. Thank you Lowes for helping this poor girl out.

Portia is a GOD given angel, I will forever support Lowes due to her kindness, compassion,and generosity! My son was in need at AAMU and she made sure my baby was well taken care of and I dont know her from Adam to Eve but she truly blessed my spirit and my family and I can only thank her from the bottom of my whole heart ❤ Ms. Portia may GOD let the CEO of Lowes know you are truly a tremendous asset to their company!!! They have people who know what you need to accomplish whatever you are trying to do, and they don’t go for just the highest priced product. We have just finished converting a screened porch into a 4 season room . They were extremely helpful with information about the various we were trying to pick out…by the way we love our new room and part of its success is due to the help of several of the employees at Lowe’s.

If you need appliances do not walk..Run to see Yolanda in Appliances. She is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and honestly the best customer service I have had in years! I will be making all my appliance purchases from her in the future. Thank you!

This Lowes is definitely my favorite. Recently I went in looking for trim for shelves I was building and it didn’t have any measurements. Obviously I looked lost so the store manager, Portia, was working in the area and asked how she could help. Her and Dakota were INCREDIBLE! 10/10 they both need some raises lol will be mailing my survey in since it expired specifically because she was so amazing!!

Dakota is a wonderful manager who went out of his way to remedy an issue that was out of his control. I thank him for his promptness, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care he showed. He deserves a raise and recognition.

fences, and Drywall in the trailer also, help us carrying the new Refrigerator that don't belong to his department, my wife and me we really appreciate, and that make a difference from other places.

Associates are friendly, and if they don't know much about what you are looking for, they'll ask another associate who is knowledgeable.

Went to Lowe’s on north parkway in huntsville Al. Didn’t even know the name of the product I was looking for and this nice lady that worked at the store Traci helped me find what I needed. She was so very helpful!!! If all Lowes employees were like her it would be awesome!!

Like the service and choices they offer. Purchased all my kitchen appliances from Lowes and I'm very satisfied with my Frigidaire Gallery Microwave and Frigidaire and dish washer and stove. Counter tops and floor too.

I ordered curbside pickup. Service was prompt and professional. Items loaded to my trunk so that the paving stones did not shift during the drive home. I was very pleased!

I went for a space heater. I was immediately directed to the correct location. I immediately found the heater I was looking for. All went well.

Went to home Depot 1st. What a mistake, took 35 mins for someone to speak with me .Walked into Lowe's and Matt in appliances spoke with me in seconds and answered all my questions to make the sale! Appreciate the help bud.
