My fiancé and I have spent the better part of 3 weeks looking for a couch that fit all of our criteria. Skippers was the first retail furniture shop we had gone into to view furniture. We were both very skeptical buying brand new furniture as it is not only very expensive, but a lot of the time you get pressured into buying something you weren’t wanting or couldn’t afford.
We were greeted kindly and helped by Tamika. THANK GOD. She listened to every concern we had including our budget. She showed us a few sectionals that were within our budget and met the criteria then allowed us to browse the store without any pressure. We didn’t make a final decision our first time in the store. She gave us her business card with no pressure and let us go home and measure and talk about the price together. When we called her to let her know we wanted the couch, she helped us through the whole process. She even CAME BACK INTO WORK after she had already left for the day to take care of us. She never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable with our decision and was just as kind to us as the second we walked in, up until AFTER we signed the agreement and on. When we go to purchase a new bed, we WILL be using Tamika again. Whether she is still at Skippers or not. ☺

We went to the Niceville store looking for a mattress for our littlest. They have a great selection to order and plenty of options to go home with that day. Our associate, Judi Hipp, was very helpful and worked with us to find a great mattress at a reasonable price.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of furniture and decorative items in the store.

Highly recommend.

Also, I don't know if all associates are this way, but Judi was wonderful with our kids (who were being kids in a store 🤪)

Side note, our 2 year old son LOVES his new bed.

I just moved here to FL a week ago and bought a house down the street. This has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying furniture. I will furnish my new home from here and already have started. I have been back 4 days in a row and to both stores. I have purchased a couch, a bed, a mattress, a rug, and pillows. I will return for bar stools and my bedroom set as well. Everyone we have had the pleasure of interacting with have been incredible to work with. Great deals, great products, great variety and value. MUST go to for furniture. Plus you can’t beat the family owned and operated business. Keep it local!

Bought a new home in Crestview, furnished the entire house with furniture from Skippers!!!!! Both sales persons(Chase & Kimberly) were extremely helpful since we still live 10 hours away, they kept us informed of when the items were shipped and when they came in and scheduled delivery to coincide when we were coming up to Crestview. We had 2 deliveries a month apart, the young men on the Skippers truck were extraordinary, Tyler & Chance, they defiantly put out the best in representing Skippers!!!! They were watched carefully by our 4 yoa grandson, they guys were so kind to him, telling him everything they were doing while assembling our furniture. We sincerely appreciate all the nice folks at Skippers for their help!!!! Defiantly recommend them!!!!!!

My family has purchased several pieces of furniture from Skipper’s over the last few months (dresser, chest of drawers, dining table). Each has been a quality product at, what I think to be, a great price. I’ve done comparison shopper my in town and online, but keep finding Skipper’s to be the best deal, and I get to see it before I buy. The customer service has been great too.

I would recommend shopping here for furniture needs.

Prompt delivery setup and removed my old mattress box springs and all packing material. They answered all my concerns. I'm a very satisfied customer and will always shop here.

So we’ve gone here for several different items. After the first two times I stopped even comparing them to anywhere else. 1) the quality of their stuff is great 2) the pricing is always reasonable - and they will do a deal if you’re a returning customer 3) they treat everyone so nice and are so helpful! We’ve had the pleasure of working with the dad, the daughter, and the son, and each one knew their stuff and how to make sure we got what we wanted. We tell everyone - Go here for your furniture!!! Great store. We purchased a bedroom set and mattress. All but the dresser was in stock so they delivered one a different color for us to use until ours comes in which may be 8weeks because manf is slow due to the virus. We don’t care for the mattress and they are exchanging if for a softer one. We recommended them to friends who purchased two chairs that need to be ordered so they delivered two other chairs for them to use until theirs comes in. I had purchased the same furniture else wear and they couldn’t get the chest for months and refused to sell us the one on the sales floor so we cancelled that entire order.

I purchased a brand of recliner, unfamiliar to me from them around a year ago, during the height of Covid. I had cervical surgery and was unable to sleep in a bed for about a year. This recliner is a soft material and I was a little concerned that it might not hold up. I am happy to say it still looks like new even though I slept in it most nights and that I no longer sleep in it, due to a complete better than hoped for recovery. My wife and I babysit our 3 year and 5 year old grandchildren and have for years. The recliner has had abuse and spills and sheds them as well as a plastic tarp would. It is structurally as sound as new , but I did I have to apply grease to the moving under parts when it started to squeak once which I consider should have applied as a routine maintenance for all recliners. They were very helpful in helping me find the right recliner. I used my correct name and have received no money for this post.

My mother in law went in to the store today just planning on looking around. We were immediately warmly greeted by David. He was finishing up with another customer and then promptly helped us. He answered every question we had, gave us honest information and didn't try to get us to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable and very kind. There was no pushiness or pressure. I would 100% recommend this spot. They are so nice and so helpful. I will definitely be making all future purchases here. Thanks David!!

We recently bought a chair,great experience! Then we decided it was time for a new bed.These people treat you like family,sincerely concerned about back issues etc.. definitely a store that is concerned with customers needs,not just a sale... GREAT PEOPLE,GREAT PRICE,GREAT SERVICE!!!... and I must say,the delivery crew carries themselves incredibly well and goes above and beyond...

This business deserves ten stars. I arrived prior to opening at about the same time as the owner, who insisted that I come on in while she turned the store lights on. She then proceeded to help me pick out a new sofa and chair and some other items I was looking for. Pricing was negotiable and beyond reasonable. Shortly after leaving the store, I was contacted and advised they could deliver the furniture that day. Very happy with the quality of the furniture I purchased and the outstanding customer service. Impressive!

Olivia took good care of us. She quoted a price, we shopped all over the county looking at comparable prices with no luck. 5 days later, we went back to look 1 more time. Olivia was off-duty but just happened to be in the store. She picked up where we left off, honored the original price, and even upgraded the mattress base because the quoted base had sold out while we shopped.

I bought 6 dining room chairs two years ago. One of my chairs broke a leg and I called for service. Skippers was amazing. Friendly and swrvice oriented, Robert and the returns team repaired the leg at no cost. Not a small feat considering it was an older model. I wil definately keep all my furniture purchases with Skippers. Thanks team.
