I made an online purchase and paid for priority shipping. I thought my items were shipped same day because that’s what my notifications said However, I got a notification the next day the saying one of my items shipped. I ordered on the SHOP app. The app literally lets you communicate with your customers and the business for a more personal experience. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and requested a full cancellation. When speaking with whoever does the communicating on the app, I received no empathy on the matter once I explained my situation. I believe the clothes are really cute and maybe an in store experience may be better. I just wish that they’d keep their stock updated prior to people making online purchases. I’m a business owner also I would’ve shown way more consideration for my customer and I would’ve also communicated but everyone doesn’t do good business.
