If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am not rating based upon what is offered at this store or the store itself. Rather it has to do with how my family and I were treated by the female owner who came out to the parking lot and told us we had 5 minutes to leave and she was incredibly rude.

I have lived in Fort Myers for nearly 20 years. My family and I decided to rent a uhaul and collect donations for the families in need that have lost everything due to hurricane Ian. We’ve been to this location recently with a local church feeding the community and handing out water. This store is in the middle of being renovated so we parked our uhaul in the far end of the parking lot out of the way from everyone and began taking out the donations for the people to come and take what they needed. After we had about half the truck unloaded this woman came out and told us to leave in 5 minutes or she would call the Police. I explained what we were doing and she repeated to leave in 5 minutes. We packed it all back up and parked on the street to help all these families who lost literally everything. It is so heart breaking to see anyone be so insensitive and cruel during these trying times. I will never go to this store to buy anything or recommend to anyone.

Be the light, not the darkness! We need to be in this together and help our fellow neighbors get back on their feet.

Hate this store. They are so rude. N over priced. Unless you are an illegal resident your are jumped in line. And treated like your stealing. The owner told me I had to buy something before I used the bathroom. I informed her was buying something just got off work n had to stop. But I will purchase something he went on to lock the door on me before I could enter. So I grabbed my merchandise off his shelf’s an went to the counter. Asked him if he treats all his customers like this. To where I was declined service and followed out the store. Worst store I ever been to.

I feel terrible for the people that have had to experience bad customer service

Horrible Customer service, guy behind the counter was rude and health department should probably check the place out

Run down and over priced wouldn’t recommend ever stopping here , people are rude as well no respect for their costumers it’s sad
