The lady that helped us, Saturday the 23rd, at opening time, was super helpful. She assisted in locating all of the items my boys needed for their baseball games that were scheduled for an hour out. We were in a rush, and she was very knowledgeable which helped to expedite the process so both my boys made it to their respective games on time! Can't say they won their games, but they were definitely prepared in terms of gear!

I give you all 5 stars bc of your staff at the winter haven hibbett in FL they treat me with the upmost respect ppl think I'm some kinda celebrity when I'm in the store everyone knows me by name. Greatest staff ever assembled in my opinion. I do feel that ppl like me tht spend a lot of money in hibbett should have 1st choice on raffles I drop $600+ almost every time I step through those doors and that is sometimes twice a week or more. Hibbett is my choice of store especially for my jordans and LeBron I'm a sneakerhead and my retro jordan collection is sick thanks to you guys so when I don't win I'm highly upset bc I spend good money with you guys.

I love this store. But y’all need baskets. I wanna buy mad stuff but only have two hands. 🤷‍♂

Selection online for Nike and Jordan is awesome. So easy to order online and if need be return to store no problems. But the fact I can order anything and will be at my door in days. Beats driving with the non drivers. If any problems with any orders just call and customer service is wonderful and pleasant to speak with. Thanks Hibbett Sports

I went to my Hibbett store to get a pair of converse for my daughter for her senior prom, which was that night. Jen was great, they had the shoes, and the my experiences at my Hibbett is always great.

Didn't catch his name (my receipt says Brycen) but I had a gentleman help me out today finding a shoe that fits my needs. As a personal trainer I'm on my feet a lot and need a shoe that'll support me for that, but that'll also be good for running and lifting for my workouts, and for any number of exercises that a client might need demonstrated at any time.

Of course this means my shoes wear out very quickly so I also need something durable.

He greeted me almost the moment i walked into the shoe section and not only did he help me find shoes that fit that description, he also shared his opinions and thoughts on them in a very knowledgeable way. Service was great. He helped identify weaknesses in my stance that had evaded my own awareness and was able to point out certain shoes that would help with that. The kind of knowledge and service you'd expect from a high end running store where they put you on a treadmill and sell you a shoe based off of what you look like running, but without the hassle of having to run.

The cost was about what I expected for a good pair of Brooks shoes, so no complaints there. Store was well staffed which is always a good sign in this era. Also bright, well lit, clean, plenty of variety.

This was my 2nd good experience at this Hibbett Sports location, but I was very impressed with how this salesperson was so informed when it came to shoes and fits and stances. So thank you!! And thanks for finding me a pair that also happens to match my gym colors so they'll go with my uniform too 😊

Great customer service and very informative staff

Great store. Always helpful people especially David. They could use a little more inventory but they can always order it in for you so you can just come back and pick it up. They had inventory for some of the local sports teams.
