I love this UPS!!! Selena and Kai are two of the sweetest people ever! I come into the store for a lot and they are always so happy and helpful. If you ever need anything or have any questions they are always there to help out. They’re some of the hardest workers I’ve ever met as well. They’re always there and never in bad spirits. They honestly make my day a bit better every time I come in and see them! Keep being great Selene and Kai!

This is the best UPS store in the area! I drive from Wesley Chapel just to come to this location because the staff are amazing! They are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, extremely extremely extremely patient with Amazon returns. I hope the owner appreciates their employees because they truly go above and beyond.

I lost the tracking number for a UPS return. I called the owner, who took the trouble to look up this information and called me after going to the store. This was exceptional customer service. He runs a first class store.

Unfortunately I did not get a name of the employee who was assisting me, but he was extremely helpful. I had several questions regarding international shipment with customs and he was able to sort out all the questions quickly. I do consider this going above and beyond and very grateful for his time and efforts.

I have been going to this store for 5 years now ! The staff is very kind, patient and accommodating. For one of the smaller ups stores the service is very fast. If you’re in the cross creek area I recommend doing your business with them .

Busy location but run very well. Its almost impossible to teach work ethic. The 2 young men working at the UPS location definitely had it. These 2 young men were working hard, fast, and effectively. They knew their job and I was impressed.

I had went into the ups store today just to make some Amazon returns and the young man named Ky was very helpful and let me tell you he knows his stuff I love the staff there all very friendly and welcoming i was just in there for a little while today but even seeing some rude people in the store just treating the young man Ky just awful but he didn’t let it bother him and still helped the rude customer I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UPS BEST IN TAMPA

Earlier I had one bad experience but today I walked into the store little after the closing time and I wasn't expecting them to let me in but surprisingly a person opened the door and asked me if they could help. After my service was done I curiously asked them as I saw new faces in the store and that person turned out to be the new owner of the store who recently took over in November 2022.
It was nice to witness such warm welcome and a good service by new own.

I moved here a year ago and I got a mailbox with them. They are professional and always deal with he in that manner, never a problem. I read on one of the previous reviews about the manager being rude and I’m going to have to say that’s incorrect. He’s a very assertive person and may be that assertiveness comes off as being rude, but he’s always dealt with me in a professional business matter, I have no problem with this UPS store, and I would recommend them.

today I went to the UPS store on Cross Creek to drop off some stuff , the staff was incredibly nice, efficient friendly I will definitely come back!! good vibes over here.
