Ordered online and picked up near register on a pickup shelf. Super fast in and out! Passed right by the long line!

Enormous selection of crafting items. I went for artificial flowers to put down in the cemetary. Found a reasonable selection AND hit a 50% off sale... talk about a deal...

This place had everything I needed! And the staff members were so friendly. I can't wait to visit again.

Great store for finding last minuteitems!

Today we found some deals on holiday decorations and a few craft items. What separated this visit from the typical informative customer service experience was after the purchase. I arrived home to find that I'd left the 2 for 1 rolls of craft wrapping paper at the register. Upon returning to the store the gal remembered me but we found both had been returned to the shelf already. Not to worry she recruited the help of another team member to not only get 2 more rolls but ensure I had both we'd picked out, with our 2nd associate retrieving it from another aisle. Incredible customer service moment identified and seized by all involved. Thank you for your assistance and great service to an absent minded professor. Kudos 👏

Ella H helped me find everything i needed. She was very knowledgeable about where everything is. She clearly has a lot of experience about this store. Because I can't recall Everyone's name this evening I would like to post my review now. I havent been out much, I'm injured and currently in a wheelchair. And today, you're store was a literal paradise for me. Your staff, in all their kindness and genuine love for the arts were positively engaging, helpful, and super friendly. As an impulse cruiser (pun intended) I roll through every isle, curiously and contemplative. I didn't feel like it bothered them, I didn't feel personally harrased by being followed because I'm a slow buyer. (This happens a lot. She's still looking? Must be stealing. *rude*) They also didn't make me feel like being in a wheelchair made me incapable, or unable, which may sound weird but it's a "thing".

Anyway, just wanted to say that this Michael's should be the gold standard for every other store out there. They really made my day. And for reference to the staff, I rolled the store the last two hours before closing.

Thanks for picking the right ones, having a beautiful store and the best ambassadors out there! I will be back!!!

I never returned anything to any Michaels stores but i had to do this time and i would like to thank the cashier and her manager for making it smooth and easy. Happy holidays

Did my first drive up/curbside and it was great. I called from a parking spot and within 2 minutes they brought out my order. friendly worker and got my order right.

Based off a quick trip and picked up an online order I placed (mid March).

My order was ready and had everything I ordered.

The people at the checkout were very friendly and accommodating despite it being closing time. Pleasant experience! Look forward to visiting this Michael's in the future!

Saturday afternoon, I was looking for glue dots to create a photo board. I couldn’t find them and apparently walked right past the display, but an associate directed me to their exact location. At checkout, I was able to use a discount coupon for 20% off.. every little bit helps. Thank you for being so attentive and professional.

As a scrapbooker and new pen pal enthusiast I’ve been to quite a few craft stores and various other locations and I’m always impressed by the organization of the store and helpful staff. All I’ve encountered are kind and friendly and ready to help. My return was a breeze too.
