I got to work with Stephanie and she made everything so easy for me. She helped me find the best solution for what I was looking for at the best cost. And she helped make sure that my new phone was updated correctly and even helped me ship my old phone back.

And everyone at the store was super nice and welcoming. If i didn’t need to get home I’d ask if I could just hang here and watch football with them.

Helped us to set up our new iPhone today. Josh went above and beyond to guide us through it over the phone and was very professional. I’ve been at this location over the past several years and they’ve always been courteous and helpful.

Was in this location recently and I’m amazed by the service that I received! I went in for a simple issue and was out within 15 minutes, with my issue resolved! Super great staff here who go above and beyond!

My daughter and I recently came in to this store to get two very old iPhones replaced. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the great service we received here. The new store manager worked with us and I cannot say enough about about how helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and kind he was in taking care of us with all of our new phone needs. He also made us aware of a few promotions and a trade-in we would be eligible for. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing phone service, new devices/upgrades, etc. We will be back again for all of our family’s phone service needs. Josie is very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and quick. Acknowledged us right away when we walked in the door and assisted us immediately after she finished up with her customer. It was a pleasure working with Josie to purchase our new phone and accessories. Very patient. We needed to go back today to turn in my old phone and make a purchase. "T" (Tetoria) helped us today....FABULOUS !! We got there at 4:00 and they close at 5:00, there were already 3 customers waiting and she was taking care of one who was doing a complete new phone and set up. 5:00 came and there were us and another customer still in the store. T never got anxious or nervous and She remained polite, friendly, patient and helpful the entire time. She very professionally took care of every customer including us. By the time we left it was 5:30-5:45 and we could not have been more impressed with the young woman. WOW, I an impressed very much with these two young women. Great job whoever hired them. Thank you.

Went in for a new iPhone case and Charles helped me with that and more. Reviewed my phone bill and brought it down to save me over $100 a year. All employees were helpful and store was clean. My new go to store for anything with my phone.

Walked in without an appointment. Greeted promptly and courteously. My husband and I both appreciated and recognize the attention that we received as long time ATT customers. Shout out to Deshawn for going above and beyond with his patience and time to answer all our questions and give us valuable information. Outstanding customer service at this ATT Store. Isis has the best customer service. She was very polite. The store was extremely busy, she remain calm even when some of the customers was being rude and disrespectful. She was moving in a fast pace. She was doing a wonderful job with multitasking. Thank you again for your service.

Working with Isis has been the best experience EVER! Everytime I come into the location she’s always here and working with multiple customers or helping the other workers! She’s always friendly and warming!

The new AT&T store manager, Charles Lipari at the Willowbrook store is the reason you want to purchase and service your cell phone account(s) there. His knowledge of cell phone products and customer service is amazing!

I visited this Willowbrook store 3 timesThe first time I was helped by a young lady that I unfortunately don't remember her name.She was very polite and very helpful.
The second Time I was helped by Kyle.
Kyle was Very polite and very helpful also.He explained to me that what I needed to do it couldn't be done in the store cause they don't handle account cancelation and I had to go through corporate.
I left the store ,I called corporate and they messed up by cancelling my service without allowing to transfer my number first
I tried to call corporate again but now I can't get any live person on the line.
The next day I stopped in the Darien store to see if they can help and I was told after I waited a good half hour before someone acknowledged me that I was out of luck and it's impossible to get my number back.
I left the store and for some reason I decided to go back to the Willowbrook store.
I was greeted right away and I was assured someone will help me shortly.
And Here comes Kyle just a few minutes later.
He was extremely polite as he was the first time he had helped me.
He offered me the store phone and got me on the line with corporate as soon as I explained to him my issue.
As soon as a corporate person re activated my account
Kyle took over and transferred my number to a prepaid card and and set me up with a great plan within a few min.
He even remember that I like paper receipt.
Kyle made possible what I was told by the Darien store it was Impossible.
Kyle,thank you for your knowledge your politeness your professionalism.
I will definitely recommend your store and you to everyone I know and I will definitely make this my store for all my future needs .

Isis is most knowledgeable & knew exactly what was needed to resolve cell issues; she went “above & beyond” to get resolution - she stayed past closing time to ensure the download worked & it took more time than anticipated; she was patient - I’m so grateful she didn’t give up. She deserves a lot of respect! Thank you Isis !!!

I don't often leave reviews but I think this store definitely deserved a great review. I spoke to Sean, he helped me out with my bill, helped me make sense of my bill and more importantly, just great customer service.
