These guys turned an elk around very quick for me. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Meat yield was 55% of hanging skun/quartered weight, which isn't real high, but it was a young cow with a shot-up shoulder which didn't help.

James and his team did a fantastic job processing an elk for me last fall. This summer we ordered pulled pork and all the sides for a large family reunion (nearly 100 people) in the valley. The food was ready and hot at the appointed time for pickup and it was delicious! Thanks James! You nailed it!

This is our go to for meat. The package options are great, the meat is always fresh, and I love the customization is a huge plus. It is always clean and they sell other necessities like milk and eggs which is helpful.
