The Home Depot

Home Depot was not too crowded, required masks, had multiple hand sanitizing stations, shields for cashiers, and social distancing reminders. They had about 1 employee on duty for every 5 to 10 customers, so it was easy to get questions answered. I was able to get in and out quickly. Daniel and his guys are amazing! We needed lumber and he had it to us faster than anybody else. His guys were awesome with the forklift trying to get it into our truck which was tricky but they were patient and worked well together. I’m so appreciative of their help and service!!

I have read many reviews here, some make sense, others come off as silly.
The reason for my 5 star review:
1. Always getting the help I need
2. Employees are employing and know what to do
3. They have the stuff they should have
4. While I have come off minor inconveniences, I understand that it is a large store and not everything will be perfect.

Yes sometimes certain sections are closed. Or even worse, the employee who works in a certain section that you need help with isn't there and left 30 minutes ago and you didn't realize it (happened to me) but we gotta understand that it's completely fine. The store is basically always clean and organized and employees are helpful. I almost never see any part out of stock. (haven't seen it yet tbh). So far, out of every Home Depot ive visited, this is my personal favorite Because:

- the best help ive gotten so far
- Product is always availble
- not a large drive

Wide range of products, great customer service even at self service check outs

Chad and Francisco did a fantastic job installing my dw. Chad was super friendly, informative, and had it installed quickly. Super happy!!

Went there Monday night around 9pm. Not crowded. Was able to get in and out.

My wife and I just bought a house, and this store has been critical in ensuring that we are able to renovate, upgrade, and design our house how we want! The staff is incredible. We replaced all of our flooring and they were able to give us an amazing price for the materials. They also came through many times, having the essential parts, tools, and anything we needed to finish projects from electrical wiring, to paint, to everything we could imagine needing.

My most visited store.... today I got a good deal on stressed out plants. 50% off. In fact theres 4 pallet loads of plants that just need a little water and TLC. I can give them that... I bought 3 1 gallon red tip petunias 3 dollers each. And a couple other plants like sage.

This review is , especially for Michael Alvarez, at the Elk Grove Home Depot in project services. He help me with getting my custom doors installed at my home which turned out beautifully thanks to his help. He did his job with excellence and took responsibility. He made sure we had the appropriate hardware for the doors, calling the manufacturer to check the weight of the doors , communicating with the installer . The install went perfectly because of his diligence and the doors turned out beautifully. Thank you Michael!

Vas was amazing, she helped me in customer service. She really went above and beyond for a returned appliance. She called the vendor, manufacturer, and corporate, this lady needs a raise!

My visit here was great, I was able to find what I was looking for and the store was clean and organized. The store looked great and was already putting everything together for Halloween and the deals for the items seem to be a great value.

Overall I was able to get everything I needed and get back on the road with little delay Thank you!!

Great tools and all the stuff you need for your house

This is an interesting Home Depot. It’s 7pm and the large pro doors were already closed. Customers with full carts of lumber and large items were routed to the self checkout kiosks.
Only the self checkout kiosks were opened. Lines were not too bad having only about 5 to 6 people in line.
Probably a good idea to keep the large pro doors open until closer to closing time. I’ll likely go to another Home Depot or Lowe’s for a cart of lumber.

I always lose my honey in this store. He tends to wander off. Lol.

We enjoy shopping at home depot. They had a great spring sale. We paid $10 for 5 bags of soil and $10 for 5 bags of mulch.

I went in for a replacement shower head 🚿 . We were greeted by a home depot associate Frederick, he was amazingly awesome friendly and very helpful! This gentleman knows his stuff. Thank you again for all your help Mr. Frederick we appreciate you!
