AT&T Store

I just had the most amazing experience here! Tony helped me SO MUCH with everything. I let him know it’s my birthday tomorrow and he made sure to offer me Internet to bundle with a discount, along with a phone case, wireless charger, screen protector all with my phone I upgraded to which I really wanted for my birthday. He made EVERYTHING so smooth and I am leaving here extremely happy and satisfied! Thank you Tony for this early birthday present!

I had a great experience at this AT&T store! The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Shout out to Luis, who went above and beyond to assist me and made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality service and expertise!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly. I waited under 5 minutes. Hansel and Natalia were super helpful and made my process painless. I won't go to another store again. Excellent customer service. 10/10

Tony did an incredible job helping out my Dad yesterday. My Dad is very old school and technologically challenged. Tony took his time to explain everything to my Dad and went above and beyond to help us out and save money. I recommend Tony to anyone needing help at this store!

I came in to upgrade my wife’s phone. I was helped by Hansel, and he was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great deal on the new iPhone and an accessory bundle.

This store helped me install my screen protector. They did a great job!

Came to get some information about our new phones that were coming in. I didn’t think we got the new iPhone pro max so we went to check if we did get those. It was a bit of a wait about 30 mins but we got our information and we were out the door. He was friendly and answered all our questions. I tried getting my phone shipped to my house instead but he said we needed to call customer service. That we couldn’t change the address through him.

Came in today to upgrade my dad’s phone. Danny helps me through out the process. He was extremely professional and funny. Thank you very much for a good experience. My dad love the new phone as well!

Best costumer service I've ever received from Att! Angie was very knowledgeable, friendly and profesional. Only thing was her coworker, He looked annoyed as if He hated being there, Not friendly at all, didn't even make an effort to smile or greet Us. I noticed a few people came in and he helped them with the worse attitude. Overall a good experience but I would retrain this individual to act professional because he represents Att.
Angie should be his example to follow.

Came here to get my mom a new phone and had a great experience with Luis! He helped us out amazingly and was willing to go the extra mile to help her set up and transfer all her things to her new phone. Most definitely recommend! Greatly appreciated!

It’s extremely difficult to find someone that’s willing to help you out, and go above and beyond to make sure that you’re set up correctly. Daniel made my experience extremely easy and fast and he took the time to explain what my bill would look like and broke it down for me thank you! I will definitely be coming back.

I want to start off by saying that I’ve been to multiple stores to try to get an issue on my account resolved and “FINALLY” got it taken care of in Santa Ana! Boris was extremely professional and empathetic! He totally saw how frustrated I was and took it upon himself to make this AT&T my last stop! Definitely recommend coming to this store If you want to be assisted my a knowledgeable rep.

Great customer service with a smile!
I was warmly greeted upon entry to the store. Eam asked how could he help me and once told what the issue was, immediately tended to it, fixed and I was out-the door within minutes.
This is the first time I use this location, but based on this experience, I would definitely make it the default-one from now on.

All I can say is I walked out this store super satisfied and happy with how I was treated today. Frankie acknowledge my family and I as soon as I walked in and assisted me with every question I had for him ready with an answer. His customer service was outstanding and I personally believe he deserves the recognition. I will definitely come back when I need additional assistance regarding my phone. (:

Came in yesterday with my family and Frankie’s service was amazing. He helped us out and answered all of our questions. At any time during my visit, I didn’t feel rushed at all. He made my experience at AT&T quick and easy and because of the great customer service he delivered to my family and I, I will definitely come back to Frankie if I have any questions regarding my phone plan.

I came here long ago and to my surprise the store has changed. The staff is very friendly, professional and they all speak Spanish. thank you guys for helping us save money.
