My visit to purchase an evaporative cooler for my room was very pleasant. I stopped twice to get aile directions from employees, and they both paused what they were doing to help me out. In addition, the items that I found online were indeed in stock.

To top it all off, when I went to the register to pay, I was about to approach the returns counter to check out but turned to head the other way. One of the cashiers asked me if I she could help ring me up at one of the returns' counters. 👌

This morning we had the best service from a man, Jubeh Smart. He passed by us as we were looking for lids to storage bins. Not only did he stop to help us, but he went out of his way to get the needed lids from the very top of the shelves. Home Depot is so lucky to have this man as an employee. Thank you Jubeh!!! 👍👍👍👍

I work there & it's a most busy productive store with great cohesive staff working. But I'veo concerning issues about security even though homedepot/others are engaged to resolve it and made advancement against crime committed on business. Thanks to technology & safety measures taken so far. How about adding more security human resources thru out the store. Every back bag & women large purses should be under the watch indeed too. Great locking putting items in cages, also adding above remarks should enhance security.

Can get busy and the parking lot can get chaotic due to its popularity, but the employees are helpful and the store is mostly organized.

I wish that they had apple pay--at this point I forget that some stores still don't and showed up with just my phone to get a couple keys made. It turned what should have been a quick trip into a quite the saga, but Leila in customer service was incredibly helpful in navigating everything!

We were looking to get new window shades and worked with Alinna. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help answer all of our questions while also showing various options, styles, materials, and colors. I felt like at times we were taking too long to make decisions but she never once pressured us to hurry up, always had a smile on her face and was genuinely happy to be helping us. It was the best shopping experience anyone could ever hope for. She definitely deserves a raise, it’s HARD to find and retain employees with amazing customer service like this!!

What's there to say.. what man doesn't love going to Home Depot. The only thing better than a trip to Home Depot is a trip to the meat department at Costco. This is the same as all the other home depots. I could wander the isles all day long (at both HD and Costco)..

Went in to buy paint today. Thanks to Josh in the paint shop, I was able to avoid making a mistake by getting the wrong paint. He went over and above, and saved me a lot of trouble/expenses. Many thanks to him and his terrific customer service!

Great selection if healthy looking plants today

When I come to the store, Cynthia at customer service is always there to help me find what I need. The staff is knowledgeable and helps out where ever needed. They don't hide from the customers and if I cant find something in the store help me locate at another one or online. Thanks.

Shoutout to Tomas who really cares about his customers!!

Went to this location for the first time yesterday Dec 11th. 4 employees(cashier's) we're all on lunch at the same time leaving 2 people to handle over 50+ people lined up. This light skinned woman with green hair took control and was professional and super kind keeping an amazing attitude getting happy customers out the door while still being friendly. Great job team. This made a great experience.

This Home Depot is the best with customer service and returns. Dalia returned a saw that had broken and was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

PS...The garden department was also very attentive and helpful, going out of their way to give me all the information I needed!

Apart from the Limited access to drive in and out of the parking lot, the Campbell Home Depot is a fine place to shop. The staff are helpful when you ask them, and you don't have to search half the store looking for an associate. On my last visit I purchased heavy items from the garden dept and after I asked for help loading up was given a helping hand. Thumbs up to the Campbell Home Depot staff.

Trying to find gas power chainsaws is hard

I came in looking for a tiny, obscure product called a Cool Turtle, which enables U to breathe better under your mask...not only did they look it up & verify they had a box of them, but a stock clerk named Craig F. located a box, got a fork lift to bring the huge box down, and set the display up. So patient, helpful, eager to help! Kudos to Home Depot for hiring some terrific staff...checkout clerk paged Mgr for me so I could pay a compliment to Craig. Great folks, great service!!!👍👏
