Excellent, efficient service. There never seems to be a long line. Great for notary needs, as well - you can make an appointment online. Very satisfied. This is now my go-to UPS Store in the area.

What a great transformation. We arrived at 6:25 to get something notarized. Under the previous owner we would almost certainly have been turned away. Kevin was so helpful and welcoming and took great care of us! Ignore those old reviews. This place is wonderful now!!

This UPS store is a pleasure to deal with. Peter the owner goes out of his way for his customers as does his staff. Keep up the good work!!!

New management is great! Other places would make me buy tape for them to package if I forgot to bring it. This place does everything for its clients. This place is a one stop shop.

I had forgotten to put tape on my small package. The server at the counter said I had to pay $1.99 plus tax "for use of their material".
I want to update my review, because I found out this store is now under new management. I have gone there twice since then, and the service is quick, efficient, and the service people are extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This UPS store has come long way in terms of customer experience! Peter and his staff are professional, extremely courteous and most importantly pleasant and fun to work with. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions to make sure that the customer needs are addressed in the most satisfactory way possible and I am speaking from my personal experience. (I visit the store for more than 3 times / week for my small business needs)

I understand and relate to all the negative reviews here about this store but this was all before new management under Peter and his friendly crew took over a few months back. Now the store has nothing but good vibes and great hospitality!

Was unable to find a package that was sent to my son's college apartment. The tracking mentioned it was left in a locker, but no code was provided. Since I shipped it through this store, I reached out to them. The package contained prescription medication and it was time sensitive. The owner of the store Peter, reached out to the apartment's mail room and provided additional details regarding the package, which helped them to find the package (which was not left in the locker).

I had a great experience at this UPS store! Tim was professional and offered great customer service including even helping me lift heavy packages up to the counter scale. He was super positive and had a great attitude. Wonderful shipping experience! Can I give extra stars?

This store is under new ownership and it shows! Went in to return a book to Amazon, anticipating purchasing tape and a box to put it in. To my surprise, the owner ran to the back to find me a used box and taped it up for me. I will definitely be back! If you haven’t been here in a while, put it back on the list of UPS stores to use.

Nice store, very pleasant experience every time I come here. Staff is always very nice and helpful. My favorite ups store. shame the old reviews stay here, they are not at all reflective of the current operation. highly recommend coming here :)

This is an update of my previous review.
This store seem totally different now ( in a positive way) Went in to drop off a return package but forgot to tap seal the bag and print the return slip ( was in a hurry leaving home) the gentlemen there was supper helpful, despite how busy it was there and the barcode I had wasn't working after several attempt, he took the time to help me print out the slip and packed the package for me.
The gentlemen there was genuinely there to help every customer solve problems and get their packages delivered. Very pleased to see the changes of this place.
keep up the good work, and thank you for all you do.

Service was awful and very slow. especially during holiday season, they don’t seem to handle large volume or stress well . the lady behind the counter bossed around the gentleman that was working there with her ( seems like she might be the manager or something) the lady has very bad attitude too.

I said “ thank you for your help , have a good day” and I hear nothing back.

I have been using this store off and on for the last few years and am happy with the speed and service. I don't find the desk agents to be rude and I have purchased services from her in November 2016. I find her to be knowledgeable, thorough in her questions, and direct. I appreciate those characteristics greatly.

Typically, I'm dropping off packages with prepaid labels. On those occasions, I may wait until the desk agent if finished with a customer, but I am always asked if I want to leave packages before they start with the next customer, which is great. I've done this twice in the since Oct 2016.

I have shipped products, too. I do not know how the prices measure up against other UPS stores. I do know that you can use your AAA card to secure a discount. I know that I've been treated professionally and that my packages have always been received as expected.

Many people are used to Amazon Prime and other "free shipping" offers (I know I am). I understand the price shock but considering what is happening (overnight delivery to a place I don't feel like flying to), $20 for a letter seems fair. USPS and Fedex are competitively priced, but there are no deals there either. If you need speed and certainty, you will not get that for free.

New management is very good, I love their service. It’s a big difference. I had stopped visiting this location like others, because of poor service. Even if I needed any small help with sealing my package, it would not be available with prior management apart from the unreliable store hours. Will start using again for my shipping and return needs.

So far so good. Better than Plainsboro location. Been dropping off packages and getting receipts and stuff. No issues thus far. Hope they keep up the good work. That said, I see some comments here on google borderline racist. A person named "Wang" called the UPS employee "India Lady". How about a "the woman working at the store".

I had sent a package out for 2 day delivery to Tucson Arizona, and as soon as I got home and looked at the tracking information I realized that I forgot the apartment number for the destination. I called the store the next day to update the address. Even after it had already been sent, the woman on the phone was able to make some calls and get that address updated. Without even delaying my two day delivery time, the package arrived. THANK YOU!

Wanted to share a positive experience I received at this store. I had a sculpture that I had packed myself to ship. The store clerk, patiently explained to me why I had not packed it properly and made suggestions of improving the packaging so that the shipment could survive the transportation and at an incremental cost. Suffice it to say that the advise was sound and the package arrived at its destination without any issues.

I am here to change my 1 star review to 5 stars! The new ownership is fantastic! Good vibes and very helpful staff! I also love the way the place is decorated now. It’s a whole new vibe when you walk in the building. I no longer dread going there. Keep up the great work!

Clean space, professional courteous service and handling, opens at right time. Amazon returns are easy. Lot of parking available for free

I went to the store to drop off some UPS packages. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There were a few people in the line ahead of me and the staff moved quickly to keep the line moving.

Definitely a big change from the previous owner! Peter was very helpful and friendly. Quick in and out. Helped me find my Verizon RMA.
I am definitely coming back.
