They always speak time you walk through the door. They ask you do you need any assistance and before you leave they ask did you find everything you need. Customer service is great!! Keep up the good work.

I moved back to MS 5 years ago. I started using the same pharmacy I used where I used to live and found the greeting I received there very offensive. So I started going on Walgreens. I've found them very friendly and have gotten to know the staff and they know me. I find no problems and always helpful service.
At the rate of money and time I spend there, I should own part of the chain of Walgreens.

Good usually but the only had 2 apple cards left today... so I went to CVS who had more choices

I called on a Saturday morning to check on a prescription . The prescription was called in the previous year in November. My mom stated that they never called her for the prescription. Mom has used this pharmacy for years and she likes it. My experience as her daughter is different. I believe they need more help. I called to check on a prescription and it took 15 min to answer my questions.

Service has always been great I've never had a problem when I've asked for help but I've never had anyone to offer me help without having to ask.

They just about always seem to have what I'm looking for for in some shape or form.

How does such a large retail chain not offer public restrooms to its patrons? What that tells me is that this location will happily take your money for its overpriced goods, but has no regard for the basic human needs of its customers. Sounds like a recipe for a lawsuit in the future.

I am a rewards member for Walgreens and I love shopping there even though they are very over priced. HOWEVER the one on north state street and meadowbrook rd does not have a bathroom for their customers and I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. If I’m shopping and browsing I should be able to go to the restroom or even take my son to the restroom at any time that I am in the store. It’s unacceptable illegal and just inhuman to not have a bathroom for your customers!! Sounds like a lawsuit somewhere in the future.

The Walgreens is across the street from this location which is a CVS. Pharmacy is truly unhelpful if they are even available. Never experienced a Walgreens where the entire pharmacy is gone on break in the middle of the day.

Service is complete garbage and the pharmacy staff are aggressively incompetent. Nobody on staff knows anything about their products, their availability, or….anything, really. Expect to wait over an hour just to be told that they don’t have your prescription, and nobody knows anything about it, and nobody can help you. It seems like everyone at this location just despises you and wants you to leave. Walgreens corporate really needs to get involved and fire, or at least aggressively re-train, everyone in the pharmacy.
