I had been looking for a couple of pairs of stylish walking shoes for a few weeks at the various stores in the area. I stopped in to Skechers on Nellis and Stewart for a look, and I was very glad that I did. I was helped by one of the Managers - Elizabeth. She was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and an all around professional.

The two pairs I wanted looked great but weren't in stock in my size in the store, but Elizabeth went online and found one pair from the warehouse, and another pair from another store. She made arrangements to have them sent directly to me at home, and assured me that I could return them if there were any issues of concern.

Elizabeth was very professional and proficient in handling the back-end ordering and shipping, and was very good with her communication. She inspired me to join the SkechersPlus program when I got home, and I will be a regular customer from now on.

Had an amazing experience here. The staff was amazing, and Charlene really helped me find some shoes that were the most comfortable for my wide swollen feet. If I was let alone I would've been overwhelmed with the super large selections of shoes. I'm really glad that Charlene helped me, especially when I told her what kind of support and comfort of shoes I was looking for. Definitely more personalized shopping experience than going to a mall, and I will definitely come here again when I need more shoes that fit my needs!

The girls working there are so extremely nice and attentive. If they see you looking around, they will always ask if they can help you find something. They are always smiling and in a happy mood. The store itself is clean and organized. The prices are reasonable and best part, they always have sales! Win win for this mom of 6 kiddos.

Stopped in to get new shoes for my grandson. The store looked like it always does, neat and clean with only a few shoes not put away. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. We were in and out in 15 minutes with 2 pairs for him, happy as a clam.

I enjoyed my experience here in Nellis and Stewart. I came into a nice and peaceful atmosphere. I was help with my shoe size. I found a nice memory foam shoe that help me out at work for standing long period of times. They help workers with discounts. At the end I had some popcorn to go. Very hospitality.

Huge selection! Great staff! Love the "Buy 1 get 1 50% off" deal. My son bought some sturdy work shoes and he gave me the 2nd pair for me for 1/2 off. I go there often bc the shoes are so comfortable.

This location is Great. I called before I went to see if they carried the shoes I was looking at for work. One of the ladies that answered the phone helped me find the # of the shoes so she could look. She found them & took them to the front of the store to put on hold for 24 hrs. When I got there the shoes were at the counter as promised & I was able to try them on while another young woman looked for another pair I saw. They were very helpful & accommodating & nice & I'm pretty salty I didn't get their names because they need to be mentioned. I just moved here from Chicago a couple wks ago & this customer service really made my task go very smoothly. Thank you ladies!

The sales reps were great. We went in looking for my 3 grandsons shoes and they helped picking out the perfect shoes. The boys love them.

Didn't anything I liked yet the store is very clean and plenty of helpful staff!
